Claims

[Scope of Utility Model Registration Claim] Rotating at the tip of an operating arm that is moved by a drive device between a workpiece delivery position close to a workpiece supply/discharge device and a workpiece installation/removal position close to a chuck of a machine tool. A head is attached to be rotatable around one axis, and two workpiece holders are attached to the rotating head in such a way that they can be alternatively faced directly to the chuck of the machine tool by rotating the rotating head 180 degrees at a time. In the workpiece mounting/removal device, the rotary head is rotated at 90 degrees in addition to the 180 degree rotation position.
1. A device for attaching and detaching a workpiece to a machine tool, characterized in that the workpiece is rotated via an intermittent rotation mechanism of one-fourth rotation so as to be stopped even at a rotational position of 1/4 degree.
