と、該軸体の先端に把持され前記枠体の往路時正転して
前記交差孔の往路側と正転側のバリを除去し、前記枠体
の復路時逆転して前記交差孔の復路側と逆転側のバリを
除去する刃体を有する工具とから成ることを特徴とす
る。
