おいて、前記導体のうち高速又は高周波信号用導体と該
高速又は高周波信号用導体に近接する他の導体との間の
距離を、該高速又は高周波用導体のセラミック基板側の
面と前記接地導体の前記高速又は高周波用導体側の面と
の間の最短距離よりも大として成ることを特徴とするマ
