Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 並列接続される４個対のトランジスタ、該トランジスタ
    の少なくともエミッタ電極を直線状に配し、それらの電
    極を、第１のトランジスタと第２のトランジスタを接続
    しかつ第３のトランジスタと第４のトランジスタを接続
    するとともに、これらの接続点の中間点間を互い１こ接
    続し、さらにその中間点を外部接続点としたことを特徴
    とするパワートランジスタ装置。
