Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）所定電圧を有する電圧源に接続された複数抵抗か
    らなる分圧回路と、該分圧回路の所定の抵抗間の接続点
    に接続されて分圧比を決定する第１のゲートと、前記分
    圧回路にアース電位を与える第２のゲートとからなり、
    前記第１のゲートと前記第２のケートとを、同一チップ
    内のゲートで構成したことを特徴とする電圧供給回路。
  2. （２）分圧回路は、複数の抵抗が直列接続されて形成さ
    れたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の電圧供給回路。
  3. （３）第１のゲートと第２９ゲートとは、全てオープン
    コレクタタイプのゲートであることを特徴とする実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の電圧供給回路
    。
