Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は回転電機の永久磁石付回転子の改良構造に関す
る。
従来この種回転子を第１図、第２図について説明するに
、鉄心１の外周に湾曲状永久磁石２を樹脂３等で固着し
て一体的に形成しているが、高速回転になると遠心力に
よって樹脂接着部が剥離して磁石が鉄心より外れること
が生じる。これがため第２図のように磁石外周に非磁性
材の円筒４を被い高速回転に対する機械的強度を保持し
ているが、非磁性材の厚さ分だけ固定子と回転子の実効
空隙が大きくなって固定子に流入する回転子永久磁石の
磁束が減少し、トルク低下をきたす問題がある。
本発明は上記問題に鑑み成されたものであって、回転子
永久磁石の固定子への磁束の流入を損なわず、かつ又、
高速回転における遠心力に対して充分な機械的強度をも
った永久磁石付回転子を提供するにある。
以下に本発明の一実施例を第３図に基づいて説明する。
回転子鉄心１の外周に複数の湾曲状永久磁石２を配置し
、この複数の湾曲状永久磁石の周囲をアモルファス薄板
５で被い、上記鉄心１と永久磁石２とアモルファス板５
を一体的に固着し、回転子を形成するものである。
このアモルファス薄板材は厚さが０．０２〜０．０５ミ
リ程度であって、回転子と固定子との空隙０．４〜０．
５ミリ程度に対して僅かであり、回転子永久磁石の固定
子への磁束の流入を損なうことなく、従ってトルク低下
をきたすことがない。又、アモルファス材は機械的強度
がかなり高いので、高速回転の遠心力に対しても充分耐
え得る永久磁石付回転子を提供できるものである。

  1. 回転子鉄心の外周に複数の湾曲状永久磁石を配置し、こ
    の複数の湾曲状永久磁石の周囲をアモルファス薄板で被
    い、前記鉄心と永久磁石とアモルファス板とを一体的に
    固着形成したことを特徴とする回転電機の永久磁石付回
    転子。
