もに、他の透孔にアースリード線がロウ付けされてなる
気密端子において、前記金属外環のアースリード線がロ
ウ付けされる部分に凹部を有し、この凹部内に金属リン
グを収納し、金属外環と金属リングとアースリード線が
ニッケル・リン合金ロウによってロウ付けされているこ
