り、フランジと天板部とを有し前記天板部に透孔を有す
るように成型した金属外環と、この金属外環に固着され
たアースリード線と、金属外環内に充填されたガラスと
、金属外環の透孔に挿通され前記ガラスを介して金属外
環に気密かつ絶縁して封着されたリード線とを有する気
密端子において、 前記金属外環の天板部に透孔を形成し、この透孔にアー
スリード線を挿通して、天板部外面の銅に対してアース
リード線をニッケル・リン合金ロウを介して固着したこ
