Claims

The lead wire is hermetically and insulated sealed to the lead wire sealing hole of the metal outer ring having the outside air introduction hole and the lead wire sealing hole through the glass, and the outside air introduction hole is sealed. An airtight terminal formed by brazing an outside air introduction pipe around the outside air introduction tube, characterized in that a protrusion for preventing flow of solder is provided on the peripheral edge of the outside air introduction hole on the side where the outside air introduction pipe is fixedly attached.
