た側面図、第４図は第１図の実施例から軸だけを取出し
て画いた側面図、第５図は、本考案の別の実施例の縦断
面図である。 図において；１１・・・軸の第一部分、１２・・・カラ
ー、１４・・・スリーブ、１６・・・関節丘部分、１８
・・・ピン、２１・・・ナツト、２３．２４・・・ピン
内、２７・・・キー、３２・・・ボルト、３３・・・ス
リーブ、４２・・・６角ソケツト。

Claims (7)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）軸１１が、関節に隣接する骨髄管にそう入するよ
    うにされた第１の部分と、骨の端部の少なくとも一部分
    を下から支えるようにされた中間部分１２と、ねじ山付
    部分１３とを有しており、 スリーブ１４が、軸１１のねじ山付部分の少なくとも一
    部分に一方の端部をのせ、軸１１と反対側の端部のとこ
    ろには関節のつなぎ口部材１６がスリーブ１４に付加さ
    れており、回転制限手段１８が、軸１１とスリーブ１４
    とを連結して、両者の相対回転を防止し、しかも軸方向
    の相対運動を可能にしており、かつまた長さ調節部材２
    ７が、軸のねじ山付部分１３と回転可能に係合し、軸方
    向にスＩＪ−ブ１４に対し固定されており、これにより
    長さ調節部材２７の回転が、スリーブ１４から突出して
    いる軸長部分を調節することを特徴とする長さ調節可能
    の補てつ用関節そう人体。
  2. （２）回転制限手段が、スリーブ内側に位置するように
    された軸部分の縦方向スロット１９と、スリーブを貫通
    してこのスロット１９内へのびているピン部材１８とを
    有していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の長さ調節可能の補てつ用関節そう人体。
  3. （３）　　長さ調節部材２７が、軸１１のねじ山付部分
    １３とねじ係合されているナツト２１と、軸方向制限手
    段２２，２３．２４とを有しており、これら手段２２，
    ２３，２４がナツト２１とスリーブ１４とを連結し、ス
    リーブに対しナツトが軸方向に動くのを防止しながら、
    相対的な回転運動を許すようにされていることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の長さ調節可能
    の補てつ用関節そう人体。
  4. （４）ナツト２１が、さらに、ナツト２１を回動させる
    ためのギヤ付キー２７と係合するよう、周縁部に複数個
    の歯２６を有していることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第３項記載の関節そう人体。
  5. （５）　　前記軸方向制限手段２２，２３，２４が、前
    記スリーブ１４に形成された周方向スロット２２と、前
    記ナツト２１に形成され、このスロット２２にかぶさる
    カラーと、前記カラーを貫通して前記スロット２２内へ
    延びるビン部材２２．２４を有することを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第４項記載の関節そう人体。
  6. （６）長さ調節部材が、前記軸１１のねじ山付部分とね
    じ係合するボルト３２と、前記スリーブにより保持され
    た軸方向制限手段３８．３９とを有しており、これらの
    手段が、前記ボルト３７のヘッド３７を制限し、スリー
    ブに対するボルトの軸方向移動を防止し、かつ相対回転
    運動を可能にしていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第２項記載の関節そう人体。
  7. （７）前記軸方向制限手段３８．３９が、前記スリーブ
    に設けられたボルト・ヘッド３７固定用の一対の制限手
    段３８．３９と、アクセス用開口４１とを有しており、
    ボルト・ヘッド回動のさいには、補てつ用関節そう人体
    の外部から、ボルト・ヘッドに達しうろことを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項記載の関節そう人体。
