、第４図はスペーサの斜視図、第５図はスペーサ
のアームシヤンク取付け状態を示す要部側面図、
第６図は第５図のＡ−Ａ断面図、第７図Ａ，Ｂは
従来例を示す軸受部の断面図である。 図中、２はワイパサポート、４はアームシヤン
ク、４ａ，４ｂは脚部、４ｃは凹溝、６は軸受、
７はヒンジピン、８はスペーサ、８ａは凸部であ
る。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ワイパ軸側に連結されるワイパサポートの先端
    部とブレードが取付られるアームシヤンクの基端
    部とを、ヒンジピンを介して揺動自在に軸着する
    に、前記ワイパサポートには、軸受を圧入する一
    方、アームシヤンクの両脚片間には、前記軸受に
    摺動自在に内嵌するスペーサを介装し、該スペー
    サを貫通するようにして前記ヒンジピンをアーム
    シヤンク脚片に一体的に挿通せしめてなるワイパ
    アームにおいて、前記スペーサのアームシヤンク
    への回り止めを、アームシヤンク脚片のヒンジピ
    ンが貫通する孔の内周に凹溝を形成する一方、ス
    ペーサ端部に凸部を形成し、該凸部をアームシヤ
    ンク脚片側の凹溝に嵌入することで行うように構
    成したことを特徴とするワイパアームの軸受部構
    造。
