である。 図に於いて、１は信号入力端子、２は信号出力端子、３
及び４は印刷で形成されたコンデンサ、５はマイクロ・
ストリップ・ライン、６，７゜８．９は印刷で形成され
た抵抗、１０及び１１はバイポーラ・トランジスタ、１
２及び１３は印刷で形成されたコンデンサ、１４，１５
．１６はマイクロ・ストリップ・ライン、１７は印刷で
形成されたコンデンサ、１８，１９．２０はマイクロ・
ストリップ・ライン、２１及び２２は配線パターン、２
３，２４，２５，２６，２７．２８゜２９は抵抗である
。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 入力端に於いて信号源インピーダンスと及び出力端に於
    いて負荷インピーダンスとそれぞれ所要の整合を維持し
    た混成集積回路からなる高周波回路に於いて、前記入力
    端と前記出力端との間に印刷配線回路にて形成された接
    続回路と、該接続回路の入力端側に近接して接続された
    高インピーダンス素子並びに該接続回路の出力端側に近
    接して接続された高インピーダンス素子とを備えてなる
    ことを特徴とする高周波回路。
