Description
第１図は従来のＰＩＮダイオードスイッチの接続図、第
２図はこの考案によるＰＩＮダイオードスイッチの接続
図であり、図中、ｌ ｃｉＰＩＮダイオード、−２は抵
抗器、３は高周波チョークコイル、４，５はコンデンサ
、６はバイアス端子、７．８は高周波信号入出力端子で
ある。なお、図中、同一ある ゛いは相当部分には
同一符号を付して示しである。
２図はこの考案によるＰＩＮダイオードスイッチの接続
図であり、図中、ｌ ｃｉＰＩＮダイオード、−２は抵
抗器、３は高周波チョークコイル、４，５はコンデンサ
、６はバイアス端子、７．８は高周波信号入出力端子で
ある。なお、図中、同一ある ゛いは相当部分には
同一符号を付して示しである。
Claims (1)
- ＰＩＮダイオードを２個以上直列接続し、高周波信号に
対し十分少さなインピーダンスを持つコンデンサをＰＩ
Ｎダイオード列の両端に接続し、それらのコンデンサの
もう一方の電極を高周波人、出力端子とし、かつ、ＰＩ
Ｎダイオード列の一端を高周波チョークコイルを通して
接地し、他の一端に高周波チョークコイルと抵抗器を直
列接続し、それら抵抗器と高周波チョークコイルを通し
てＰＩＮダイオードに流れるバイアス電流を変化させる
ことにより高周波抵抗を変化させるＰＩＮダイオードス
イッチにおいて、直列接続されている２個以上のＰＩＮ
ダイオード相互間にコンデンサを接続し、コンデンサの
他方を接続したことを特徴とするＰＩＮダイオードスイ
ッチ。
