    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マイクロ波信号の入力端とダイオードの間に、入力端側
    の入力インピーダンスを入力端に接続される伝送線路の
    特性インピーダンスと整合を取り、ダイオード側の出力
    インピーダンスを、ダイオードの入力インピーダンスに
    整合を取るようにしたトランス回路を接続して成ること
    を特徴とするダイオード検波器。
