異常検知装置を示す回路図、第２図イ〜ハはマイクロプ
ロセッサが正常に動作している時の各部の出力状態を示
す電圧波形図、第３図イ〜ハはマイクロプロセッサに異
常が発生した時の各部の出力状態を示す電圧波形図であ
る。
図中３はマイクロプロセッサ、４はインバータ、５は抵
抗、６はコンデンサ、７はトランジスタ、８はＬＥＤ、
ＩＱは充電回路、１１は検知回路である。なお、図中同
