異常検知装置を示す回路図、第2図イ〜ハはマイクロプ
ロセッサが正常に動作している時の各部の出力状態を示
す電圧波形図、第3図イ〜ハはマイクロプロセッサに異
常が発生した時の各部の出力状態を示す電圧波形図であ
る。
図中3はマイクロプロセッサ、4はインバータ、5は抵
抗、6はコンデンサ、7はトランジスタ、8はLED、
IQは充電回路、11は検知回路である。なお、図中同
