比較回路からの出力が低いときには加算し、かつ前記比
較回路からの出力が高いときには減算する手段を接続し
て、前記比較回路の一方入力端子の電圧がコンデンサの
充電開始時から基準電圧に上昇するまでの時間とコンデ
ンサの放電開始時から基準電圧に低下するまでの時間と
