Claims (1)
- 複数個のダイオードチップを一体に積層して直列接続し
、その両端にリードを接続して絶縁体により封止したも
のにおいて、絶縁体の表面上にそれぞれ両リードに接触
し、周方向に閉じて互に接近する方向に延びる導体層を
備えたことを特徴とする積層型半導体高圧整流素子。
