    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. Ｎ型間接遷移形結晶にＰ空領域を一列に配列したＬＥＤ
    アレイ光源において、各々のＰ空領域の副走査方向両側
    にのみコンタクトホールを形成して電極を設け、この両
    側の電極に通電させたことを特徴とするＬＥＤアレイ光
    源。
