ある。 図面中、７はシリンダ、７ａはシリンダの当接端面、８
はピストンロンド、９はピストン、９ａはピストンの当
接端面、１０はシーリング、１１ａ、ｌｌｂは流体供給
口、１２は溝である。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダ内に摺動自在に装入されたピストンの端面を該
    シリンダの端面に当接させて該ピストンのストロークエ
    ンドとする流体圧シリンダにおいて、前記シリンダとピ
    ストンとの当接端面の少なくともいずれか一方に当接時
    に流体供給口と連通ずる受圧面積を拡大する溝が形成さ
    れたことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
