Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 外側面に入口ポートに通じる高圧室を設けた第１の圧力
    変位具と、外径寸度が相対的に大きくかつ外側面に出口
    ポートに通じる低圧室を形成した第２の圧力変位具とを
    一体に移動可能に連結し、かつ連結部に高、低圧室に通
    じる導通孔を穿設する一方、連結部の高圧室側への押圧
    によって前記導通孔を遮蔽する弁部を設けてなる圧力制
    御装置。
