There has never been an example of manufacturing a ceramic substrate using this kind of thinking.

点があるためである。Conventionally, when attempting to bend and roll a ceramic green sheet using a water-soluble binder as it is, stress concentrates at the bent portion and cracks occur, making roll processing impossible. This is because the mechanical strength of ceramic green sheets is extremely low and they are particularly brittle.

To describe an example of processing conditions for reference, the size of the ceramic green sheet is 13 x 30 m, and the thickness is 0.7 m.
When bending a ceramic green sheet (holding both ends of the ceramic green sheet and bending approximately the center part), add hot water at a temperature of about 50 to 100 degrees Celsius to both sides of the part to be bent, and the ceramic green sheet will be formed. The center part of the sheet became soft instantly (within about 20 seconds) and was easily bent. After bending, the hot water added instantly evaporated, allowing the sheet to maintain its bent shape without becoming sticky or sticky. It did not become soft. On the other hand, when a sample like the one above was bent without adding hot water, cracks appeared and it was not possible to perform one bending process. After drying the L-shaped sample, it was heated at 1450°C to 1600°C. Although it was sintered, there was almost no change in the bent shape before and after sintering.
