After applying a coloring agent of any color such as paint to the surface of the hardwood board and wiping off the coloring agent on the smooth surface of the thin board, the coloring agent can be attached only to the inside of the conduit grooves, but Since the proportion of solids is small, the filling effect in the conduit groove is small, and the coating film tends to fade, and during use, the coloring agent becomes cloudy due to dirt on the surface of the thin plate, and the lacquer on the surface of the thin plate becomes cloudy. Peeling of the colorant may occur. In order to solve this problem, it is possible to apply a transparent paint to the surface of the thin plate, but the coloring agent adhering to the inside of the conduit groove will be completely covered and a sufficient coloring effect will not be obtained. The wood grain pattern appears two-dimensionally, resulting in a poor three-dimensional effect.Furthermore, in a humid environment, the thin plate absorbs moisture and expands, causing cracks in the coating film, resulting in a significant deterioration in cosmetic properties. on the other hand,
A known method is to impregnate the inside of a single slope with soot beam dye, and then inject and harden a synthetic resin such as phenolic resin mixed with a beam agent, thereby coloring the wood and reinforcing the resin at the same time. According to the paper, it is difficult to make the wood grain appear three-dimensional because the inside of the single slope is colored in a dark color.

The synthetic resin liquid may be colored and transparent in any color as long as the transparency is not significantly impaired. The method of injecting the synthetic resin liquid 5 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to use a reduced pressure method or a pressurized/reduced pressure method since it is necessary to inject the synthetic resin liquid 5 evenly over the entire thin wood board. When the synthetic resin liquid is injected in this way, the colored pigment 3 inside the conduit structure is
is covered with a synthetic resin liquid 5 filling the conduit groove 2. That is, the synthetic resin liquid 5 is injected into the inside of the thin wood board 1, and at the same time, the synthetic resin liquid permeates into the colored pigment 3 in the conduit groove portion on the surface of the thin board and fills the recesses of the conduit board 2. . Next, the synthetic resin liquid 5 injected into the thin wood board is cured, but this curing method is by heating.
The method using an electron beam or radiation is also carried out by an appropriate method such as a method using a curing agent, and is not particularly limited.

At this time, the base of the wooden board 1 is also colored with colored synthetic resin, but unlike when it is painted or injected with a condensed synthetic resin such as female resin, the interior of the wooden board 1 is colored transparently. Since the wood thin board is colored by injecting an addition polymerization type synthetic resin liquid, there is no condensation water produced in the wood thin board, the transparency of the entire wood board is high, and the wood grain is improved by the coloring pigment on the surface. The pattern stands out clearly and becomes three-dimensional.In carrying out the present invention, it is important to note that when carrying out the present invention, "thin wood boards that are particularly thin and easily breakable (for example, 2

Furthermore, according to the present invention, by using a colored and transparent addition polymerization type synthetic resin liquid as the synthetic resin liquid injected into the thin wood board, it is possible to increase the transparency of the wood thin board and at the same time color it in any color. As a result, it is possible to obtain a richly varied appearance in which the color of the colored pigment inside the conduit groove and the color of the colored synthetic resin liquid go hand in hand, and in addition, in the conduit groove part of the thin wood board, these colors overlap, creating a deep appearance. It can form a wood grain pattern. In addition, in this case, unlike the case where only the surface of the thin board is colored by painting, the entire thin wood board is colored by injecting a colored transparent synthetic resin liquid, so the transparency of the entire thin wood board is high, and there is no obstruction to the surface of the thin board. The conduit grooves appear clearly and three-dimensionally, allowing a wood grain pattern with clear contrast to appear. In addition, in the present invention, the thin wood board may be used after being bleached or colored in advance. By coloring the thin wood board in this way before injecting the synthetic resin liquid, a multicolored decorative material is formed. Even in such cases, it is sufficient to use one type of transparent synthetic resin liquid, eliminating the need to prepare many types of colored synthetic resin liquids. The thus-formed A-Kyoku wood not only has a beautiful appearance as mentioned above, but also has the strength, hardness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and Since the dimensional stability has been significantly improved, there is less damage due to impacts, etc., and the beautiful decorative surface can be maintained for a long period of time, so it can be used as a surface material for various purposes.
Synthetic resin also improves the water absorption of wood, so
It is also suitable for parts such as counters that are often wiped with water.
