材、車内装備品などの表面材として好適に用いら
れる化粧材の製法に関し、熱硬化性樹脂含浸紙を
複数枚積層し、これを加熱加圧して熱硬化性樹脂
含浸紙積層硬化材として、ついでこの熱硬化性樹
脂含浸紙積層硬化材上に、多数の木材小片および
硬化性樹脂液からなる混合物を平板状に成形して
得られる平板状混合物を積層し、これらを加熱加
圧して上記平板状混合物を硬化成形して木材片・
合成樹脂複合化粧材とすると同時に、該木材片・
合成樹脂複合化粧材と上記熱硬化性樹脂含浸紙積
層硬化材とを一体化して積層硬化成形物とし、つ
いで、該積層硬化成形物と基板とを接着すること
によつて、木材片・合成樹脂複合化粧材を補強し
て、その取り扱いを容易にするとともに、化粧材
製造上の不良の発生を防止するようにしたもので

板に貼着してなるものであるので、木材小片に由
