Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上面が搬送路に形成された中空筒状の長尺形搬送路本体
    の土壁に、搬送方向に向かって斜め上方に貫通し長手方
    向に配列する複数個の吹出孔が形成され、前記搬送路本
    体内部に導入管を介して加圧気体を導入し、前記吹出孔
    から気体を前記上面に向けて噴出させ、浮上状態で基板
    を搬送するように構成された基板搬送装置において、前
    記搬送路本体の土壁に設−けられた各吹出孔それぞれの
    流入口に直結するフィルターを前記土壁内側面上に配設
    したことを特徴とする基板搬送装置。
