  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 測定用光束を人出させるための窓部が設けられた真空容
    器の内部に、冷却媒体を収容する冷却槽が真空断熱層を
    介して配設され、前記窓部の内方に被測定体を保持する
    ホルダが前記冷却槽に熱的に接触せしめられた状態で設
    けられてなる分光器用低温度恒温装置において、 前記ホルダが複数個の被測定体を保持可能な複数の保持
    部を有すると共に、 前記ホルダが前記窓部に対して位置調整可能に支持され
    てなり、 前記複数の保持部に装填された被測定体のうち、任意の
    被測定体を選択的に前記光束上に配置可能としたことを
    特徴とする分光器用低温度恒温装置。
