第１図はインターライン転送型ＣＣＤ撮像素子の一例を
示す概略構成図、第２図は第１図に示される撮像素子の
一部分を示す部分拡大図、第３図は従来のインターライ
ン転送型ＣＣＤ撮像素子の垂直転送電極の配列態様及び
垂直転送電極へ転送駆動信号を供給するための構成を示
す平面図、第□４図は本考案に係る固体撮像素子の一例
に於ける垂直転送電極の配列態様及び垂直転送電極へ転
送駆動信号を供給するための構成を示す平面図である。 図中、１ば受光素子部、２は垂直転送部、７は垂直転送
電極、１６，２０，３０及び３２は接続領域、１７，２
１．３１及び３３は共通接続室、極、φ１及びφ２は、
夫々、垂直転送電極７を形成する第１及び第２の電極で
ある。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 受光により信号電荷を発生するとともに得られた信号電
    荷を所定の電荷転送方向をもって転送し得るようになさ
    れた撮像領域を備え、該撮像領域上に於いて、各々が上
    記電荷転送方向に略直交する方向に延びる複数の転送電
    極が上記電荷転送方向に順次配列され、該複数の転送電
    極の上記電荷転送方向に略直交する方向に於ける両端部
    に、夫々、上記複数の転送電極の夫々に接続される第１
    及び第２の共通接続電極部が設けられて、該第１及び第
    ２の共通接続電極部に同一の転送駆動信号が供給される
    ようになされた固体撮像素子。
