Pressed metal products and injection molded plastic products can be curved relatively easily on the cabinet top and side panels. However, these processes always require a press mold or an injection mold. Conventionally, many methods have been tried to curve the top and side panels of a wooden cabinet to improve its commercial value. First, a common method is molded plywood. In other words, when making plywood by laminating veneers (wood such as lauan, sliced into 0,5m/m to 2,771,/771) pieces one by one, they are placed in a curved press mold prepared in advance. Insert
After applying the adhesive, heat is applied and pressed to harden the adhesive and curve the plywood at the same time. Cabinets made using this method are assembled by cutting curved plywood into top and side panels. Another typical method is the method using a hard board. The method of bending this material is done using heat and moisture. However, inserting the hardboard into a curved press die and pressing it is the same as in the case of molded plywood. That is, a temperature difference is applied between the upper and lower molds of the press mold, water is applied to one side of the hardboard, and the hardboard is pressed. When pressed in this way, the hardboard is coated with water and heated to a high temperature. One side stretches a lot and becomes unbalanced with the other side, allowing the hardboard to curve.

下本発明について説明する。
In this case, as with molded plywood, the cabinet is assembled by cutting the top and side panels one by one. In addition, since it is not possible to use molded plywood or hardboard that has undergone decorative processing before being curved, it is necessary to apply decorative finishing by painting or laminating PVC film after assembling the cabinet. must be carried out. Also, curved cabinets cannot be manufactured using these methods if the cabinet is made by folding. Also, as explained above, it is of course impossible to create a curve without using a mold.Furthermore, to create a curve on one side, both cycles require 3 to 5 minutes, and a multi-stage press is required. However, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cabinet that does not require a press and allows the top and side panels of the cabinet to be curved during cabinet assembly, depending on the structure of the cabinet. The present invention will be explained below.

について説明する。
The present invention utilizes the following principle. That is, when compressive forces A and A are applied from the left and right ends of a single wooden board 1 as shown in Figure 1, the wooden board 1 is not a completely rigid body, so in order to absorb the compressive force, the wooden board 1 is forced to move as shown in Figure 2. It will be in a bent state as shown in . The present invention makes use of this principle, and when assembling a cabinet, this compressive force is applied equally to three sides of the side plate, the top plate, and the side plate at the same time to bend and curve the wooden board, and then attach it to the bottom plate to fabricate a cabinet. Next, 1.2wL/M, -

However, since there is no relationship between the curve and the material of the decorative board, hardboard may be used instead of plywood, and PVC decorative plywood may be used instead of real wood (veneer).
As shown in FIG. 3, V-cut grooves are formed in two places on the decorative board 2.

In the case of general folding cabinets, it is normal to make a 90-square cut so that when folded, it will bend at a 90-degree angle, but in the case of the cabinet of the present invention, the V-cut is (2) Set the cutting angle θ to 90V or less as shown in Figure 3 so that when bent, the voltage will be 90V or more as shown in Figure 4. The angle of the v-cut changes depending on the degree of radius of the curve. If a large curvature is required, the angle of the V cut is made small and the angle after bending is made large. On the other hand, when making a small curved cabinet, the absolute requirement is that the 3V cut be less than 90, but it is necessary to make a groove at an angle close to 90, and when bent, the cabinet will have an angle of 900 or more, but 909. It will be close.

Fix the cabinet at this angle. If the cabinet 3 is made in this state, it will become a trapezoidal cabinet as shown in Fig. 4, so the side plates 4a, 4
The side plates 4a and 4b are fixed to the bottom plate 5 having dimensions such that b is parallel to each other. Naturally, since a force is applied to make the trapezoidal cabinet square, this force is applied in the form of distortion (deflection) to the material (decorative board), and as shown in FIG. , 4b. Side plate 4a
, 4b are provided with notches 7a, 7b, and the bottom plate 5 is fitted into the cutouts 7a, 7b, and attached using adhesive, nails, or the like. The bottom plate 5 is made of a hard material such as particle board. Although the above embodiment describes the case where the corner of the cabinet is in the shape of a corner, even if the corner is in the shape of a radius, it is possible to apply an outwardly convex curve to one side plate of the top plate using the same principle.

Further, although some of the relationship between the cabinet manufacturing method of the present invention and the wood decorative board has been described above, the base material of the decorative board is plywood of 9m, /M. Curves can be applied if the thickness is as follows.

There is no problem whether the decorative board is made by any method, such as painted, DAP treated, or PVC laminated. As described above, according to the cabinet manufacturing method of the present invention, there is no need to press the decorative board in front in order to curve the cabinet.

Furthermore, since no decorative treatment is required after assembly, productivity is high and the type of decorative board is not limited too much. Furthermore, the top plate and side plates can be curved at the same time. This has great industrial value, as it allows the manufacture of cabinets with good dimensional accuracy.
