As shown in FIG. 2, the frame member 3 has a surface plate 3a made of the same material as the decorative board material 2 and having a substantially trapezoidal cross section, butted together at an angle, and has a polygonal cross section on the back side of the butted area. It is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the core material 3b so as to come into contact with the corner of the core material 3b made of a wood-based material such as wood, and the surface plate 3a is not attached to a part of the inner side of the back surface of the outer peripheral surface of the core material 3a. The top plate 3a is attached so as to be exposed, and the core material 3b to which the top plate 3a is attached is bonded together in a frame shape.

As described above, the present invention adheres a flexible sheet to the surface of a board material, arranges notch grooves in parallel from the ground surface of the board material, and bends the board material using the flexible sheet as a guide to form the notch grooves. The manufacturing method is extremely easy because the decorative board material is obtained by closing or opening the lid, the substrate is adhered to the decorative board material, and the frame member is connected to the decorative board material.

Further, since it is manufactured by fitting a plate material with parallel notch grooves into a female mold having grooves on the inner bottom surface and attaching the substrate to the plate material, it can be manufactured more accurately and easily.

In other words, instead of the traditional method of carefully manufacturing each piece by a skilled joiner, a female mold of a mold corresponding to the convex and recessed parts of the decorative board is prepared, and a mold for the decorative board is placed in the female mold. Decorative laminates are manufactured by inserting plates with approximately trapezoidal cross-sections and gluing them together. At that time, flexible sheets are also used as guide materials, making it possible to create complex structures that previously could only be done by skilled workers. This made it possible for even amateurs to easily manufacture doors, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

In addition, since the flexible sheet is attached to the plate material in advance, even if the plate material is bent at the notch groove, the plate material will have appropriate flexibility, so cracks will not occur on the surface of the plate material. This can be prevented and the appearance of decorative board materials becomes beautiful.

As the surface plate of board materials and frame members, manufacturing costs are low because natural wood veneers are bonded to plywood, and in terms of durability, they are free from shrinkage, expansion, cracking, twisting, etc. This is excellent because it allows the use of plywood, etc., which has less warpage.

However, because there are many hollow parts, it is possible to obtain an extremely lightweight door, which makes it easy to open and close the door, and the hinges and other parts that attach the door have excellent durability.

Furthermore, since natural wood appears on the outer surface of the decorative laminate and frame members, it is possible to obtain a luxurious appearance that is no different from that of a wood board that has been cut. If the same material is used as the face plate,
It is possible to unify the design of the door.

In addition, various uneven surfaces can be formed and the bonding relationship of the decorative board materials can also be changed, so it is possible to create a door for storage utensils with a rich variety of three-dimensional effects.

In addition, since the peripheral edge of the substrate to which the decorative board material is not attached is adhered to the stepped portion on the inside of the back surface of the frame member to which the surface plate is not attached, the frame member and the substrate are connected to each other. A strong connection can be achieved simply by gluing the board and frame member together, and there is no level difference between the board and frame member on the back of the door.
It is possible to obtain a smooth door, and it is extremely convenient because it does not collect dust or the like.
