    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 曲面状主面を備えた透光性受光体と、光エネルギを電気
    エネルギに変換する膜状の光電変換領域と、該光電変換
    領域が直接形成されるフレキシブル基板と、から成り、
    上記受光体の曲面状主面に上記光電変換領域を重ね合せ
    、該光電変換領域を受光体とフレキシブル基板とで挟ん
    だことを特徴とする光起電力装置。
