    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 薄膜状の非晶質半導体膜の表裏両面に第１の電極膜及び
    第２の電極膜を配置した受光体の受光側に、上記非晶質
    半導体膜の周縁より内方に小面積の透光部を有し且つ上
    記周縁に照射される光を遮光する遮光体を設け、非晶質
    半導体膜に照射される光を上記小面積の透光部によって
    規制したことを特徴とする非晶質半導体受光装置。
