This kind of exterior board, which has a porous panel and a back panel, is often used because it has an excellent heat insulating effect, but when manufacturing this, the back panel is first tightly bonded to the front board using adhesive or the like. Conventionally, however, a method has been used in which a curable resin in the form of a viscous liquid with foaming properties is then introduced into the area separated by the back crosspiece and pressure molded.

However, in this method, the intimate bonding of the back frame to the front plate and the pressure molding of the foaming viscous liquid are performed independently and separately, and therefore it is not necessarily efficient.

The method for manufacturing an exterior board according to the present invention involves forming a viscous liquid curable resin layer that has both adhesive and foaming properties on the back side of a top plate, and placing a back crosspiece on the curable resin layer on the outside of the curable resin layer. The method is characterized in that the back crosspiece is closely joined to the front plate by applying pressure from above, and the resin layer in the area where the back crosspiece is not formed is foamed and hardened. According to this method, bonding of the back frame to the front plate and molding of the porous panel are performed at the same time, and therefore it is found to be significantly more efficient than conventional methods. Curable resin is a resin that has the property of curing from a viscous liquid state to a solid, and examples include urethane, urea, and phenol. All of these resins have adhesive properties in the form of viscous liquids, but in the case of resins that do not have foaming properties on their own, such as area resins and phenolic resins, except for urethane resins, it is necessary to use a suitable foaming agent such as azide. need to be added. The front board is usually made of an inorganic board such as slate, calcium silicate board, or gypsum board, and the back rail is often made of the same material as the front board or wood. FIGS. 1 and 2 are explanatory drawings based on an embodiment of the method for manufacturing an exterior plate according to the present invention. The back I crosspieces 3, 3' are placed on a viscous liquid curable resin layer 2 formed on the top plate 1 (FIG. 1), and are pressed from above by press molds 5, 5'. (Figure 2). As a result, the back crosspiece is joined to the front plate by the adhesive force of a small amount of curable resin remaining in the gap between the back crosspiece and the front plate. On the other hand, on the back side of the front panel where there is no back crosspiece, the resin foams and hardens, forming a porous panel that is pressure-molded. It can also be said that it is economical because a part of the curable resin is used instead of requiring a special adhesive to bond the back frame to the front plate. FIG. 3 is a sectional view of the exterior plate obtained in this manner, and 4 is a porous panel. These porous panels help improve the insulation and sound absorption of the exterior cladding. In addition, it is practical that the thickness of the front plate, the back crosspiece, and the porous panel are each 5 to 2 h. As explained above, the method for manufacturing an exterior board according to the present invention involves forming a curable resin layer in the form of a viscous liquid that has both adhesiveness and foaming properties on the back side of a top plate, and placing the back side on the curable resin layer. By placing a crosspiece and applying pressure from the outside, the back crosspiece is tightly bonded to the top plate, and the resin layer in the area without the back crosspiece is foamed and hardened, making it possible to create an exterior board with a high heat insulation effect in an extremely efficient manner. It has now become possible to manufacture the product on a regular basis.
