When this was processed into a beautiful or real groove shape, there were often problems with strength. On the other hand, it is not desirable in terms of cost to create an exterior plate with a frame by joining a high-strength frame made of a different material with holes or grooves formed on a porous plate after forming the plate, since this increases the number of man-hours. The present invention aims to solve these problems of conventional exterior panels and provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a framed exterior panel with excellent strength.

A synthetic resin liquid is introduced and cured to form a plate-like body as a whole. To explain this based on an example, in FIG. 1, on both sides of a belt conveyor 5 moving in the direction of arrow A, a frame 1 provided with a fruit 11 and a frame 1' provided with a material groove 12 are fixed. They are extruded and molded from extrusion nozzles 2, 2' in parallel while maintaining the interval. It is preferable that the belt conveyor 5 is coated with a mold release agent. A foamable synthetic resin liquid 3, which is the material of the plate, is introduced by a supply nozzle 4 between the extruded frames 1 and 1' on both sides. The synthetic resin liquid 3 is a highly viscous fluid of a curable synthetic resin, and the frames on both sides become substantially flat and harden to form the plate body 31 shown in FIG. Materials for synthetic resin liquid include urethane resin, propylene resin,
Examples include various curable resin liquids such as A-Shige resin. Also,
It is necessary to use a foaming liquid in consideration of the sound absorption effect, heat insulation effect, and lightness of the resulting plate, so if the resin does not have foaming properties, it is necessary to add an appropriate foaming agent. Next, from the viewpoint of strength, the frame is made of synthetic resin, which has a higher density than the plate material.

図は得られる枠付外装板の例をあらわす。In this case as well, it is preferable to use a foamable resin in consideration of raw material cost, light weight, etc. For example, a synthetic resin for the plate to which inorganic substances such as calcium carbonate and perlite are added is suitable. Practically, the specific gravity of the plate is 0.03 to 0.05.
It is preferable that the specific gravity of the frame is 0.1 to 0.4.
That is, it is preferable that the plate be made of a high-magnification foam and the frame be made of a low-magnification foam. It goes without saying that it is preferable for disaster prevention to add a scale retardant to the material of the plate and frame.
Furthermore, the main raw materials for the frame and the synthetic resin liquid for the plate introduced between them are the same. (That is, when the same resin is used as the material for the frame and the plate), unlike when using different resins, no adhesive is required to join the two, which is advantageous in terms of cost. In addition, since the production of this frame-equipped exterior board, that is, the molding of the frame and the introduction of the synthetic resin liquid between them, is carried out continuously on a conveyor that moves in a fixed direction, it is extremely efficient and practical. . The figure shows an example of the resulting frame-attached exterior plate.

なった。If a surface material 6 such as decorative plywood is provided on the surface to improve aesthetics as shown in FIG. 3, the frame and plate may be formed on the surface material coated with adhesive. . As explained above, the method for manufacturing an exterior plate with a frame according to the present invention involves forming frames on both sides in parallel by extrusion molding, and introducing a foamable synthetic resin liquid between the formed frames. Since we decided to harden it and make it into a plate-like body as a whole, we omitted the cutting process for making real joints such as nuts and grooves, and the sound-absorbing effect and structure of the plate-like body were improved without reducing the strength of the frame. It has become possible to efficiently manufacture framed exterior panels with excellent thermal effects.
