This eliminates the drawback that when laminating with adhesive, the surface of the decorative board obtained by assorting is not smooth due to partial accumulation of adhesive, traces of the adhesive application roll, etc., and the product value is reduced. The present invention relates to a method for providing a decorative board with a smooth surface and a decorative sheet used therein.

A method is known in which a decorative board is obtained by laminating decorative films such as the following by overlapping each other and applying pressure.

The reason lies in the following points. First of all, it is very difficult to uniformly apply adhesive to the surface of a board with a normal size (for example, 3 x 6 feet), and therefore, it is difficult to apply adhesive uniformly to the surface of the board. Due to the nature of the product, the design quality of the mirror surface of the product deteriorates. The second reason is that even if the adhesive can be applied uniformly on the substrate, when laminating the decorative sheet on the substrate, there are problems such as the pressure of the laminating roll, unevenness on the surface of the substrate, expansion and contraction of the decorative sheet, and the thickness of the decorative sheet. Due to non-uniformity of thickness or the mutual effect of these, areas where a large amount of adhesive has accumulated are scattered (this phenomenon is called adhesive accumulation), and the surface of the product is One problem is that the design of the mirror surface is impaired.

The grooves 2 may be formed parallel to the laminating direction as shown in FIG. 1, or may be formed obliquely to the laminating direction as shown in FIG.

! If the width is less than n, or the width is less than 0.3Tf1m, or the interval is more than 1, it will not be possible to prevent the adhesive from pooling, and if the depth is more than 0.5, or the width is 1.5T!
This is because if the spacing is more than Un or less than 0.5wn, the decorative sheet will be dented in the groove portion, making it difficult to keep the surface of the decorative board smooth. The grooves 2 can be formed by pressing an embossing plate or an embossing roll onto the decorative sheet.

In the present invention, since grooves are provided on the adhesive surface of the decorative sheet, the phenomenon of adhesive pooling in the conventional lamination method occurs in the grooves that have been provided in advance, and therefore the surface of the decorative sheet is This makes it possible to produce mirror-finished decorative laminates using the lamination method, which was previously considered difficult, without the effects of adhesive buildup. Furthermore, since the lamination is carried out in a direction parallel or oblique to the flow direction of the grooves, pooling can be easily escaped compared to when the grooves are provided at right angles to or at an angle close to the flow direction of the grooves.
