Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔発明の技術分野〕 この発明は半導体集積回路装置（以下ｒ　ＩＯＪと略称
する。）の各柿ノ・ンドリンクの際の移送器の改良に関
するものである。
〔従来技術〕
第１図および第２図は従来一般に用いられているＩＣテ
スト用ノ・ンドラの移送器部分を示す縦断面図で、工ａ
（＋ｌはチューブ状に形成された移送器（２）内に整列
させた状態で送り込まれ、図示のように斜めに自然落下
させられたり、水平に強制送シされたシする。第３図は
第２図に示した移送器の横断面図で、ＩＣの主表面が下
向きになっており、常に、その主表面が移送器（２）の
トンネルの内面に接触しつつ移送される。
従って、ＩＣの主表面に印刷マーキングされた文字など
が摩擦によって消えたり、判読困難になったりするとい
う欠点があり、捷だ、時にはＩＣの主表面に摩擦による
傷を生じるという欠点もあった。
〔発明の概螢〕
この発明は以上のような点に鑑みてなされたもので移送
器トンネルの内面のＩＣの接する面に凹みを設け、面接
触の領域を減少させ移送中Ｇこマークが消えたり摩擦に
よる傷が生じたりすることのないＩＣ用移送器を提供す
るものである。
〔発明の実施例〕
第４図、第５図および第６図はそれぞれこの発明の第１
　、　ｆＪＴ、　２および第３の実施例の横断面図で、
いずれも、工（！　ｉｌｌの通路の内面の１０（＋１の
主表面に対向する部分に凹部（３）が設けてあり、：ｃ
ｃｌｌ）の移送中に、当該主表面に印刷されたマークが
消えなり、主表面に傷がつくことを防止している。これ
らの移送器はハンドラによって斜め、垂直、水平のいず
れの姿態で用いても効果を発揮する。
上記実施例はＩＣテスト用ハンドラーに適用した場合を
示したが、第７図に斜視図を示したようにＩＣ出荷用マ
ガジンケース（４）についても、ＩＯｔｌｌの＋−７＜
面が接する部分に凹み（３）を設けることによって同様
の効果が得られる。
〔発明の効果〕
以上説明したように、この発明になるＩＣ用移送器では
、工Ｃの主表面を支承する移送器内の面に四部を設けた
ので痒擦によってＩＣ表面のマークの消失、外観的損傷
の発生を避け、ＩＣの品質を高めることができる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１１パッケージングされた半導体集積回路装置をその
    主表面において支承し、その支承した状態で搬送しまた
    は上記支承する面に沿って滑らせて移送するものにおい
    て、上記支承する面に凹部を設け、上記半導体集積回路
    装置の上記主表面と上記支承する面との面接触面積が小
    さくなるようにしたことを特徴とする半導体集積回路装
    置用移送器。
