本発明は、複数の積層板もしくは銅張積層板成形相をl
り1の熱盤間に挟み、加熱・加圧により「1層成形する
場合に、各積層単位層間が前後左右にずれることを防止
するための新規な積層成形方法に関するものであり、詳
しくは、一対の鏡面板で挟まれたプリプレグと銅箔また
は離型フィルムとを1単位とする繰り返し単位の積層物
を、さらに一対のクッション板で挟み、一対のプレス熱
盤間に挿入し、加熱・加圧により積層成形する方法にお
いて、上部のクッション板の4角に、該積層物の4角周
辺部に接触するような1、型の突起物を固着してなるク
ッション板を用いることを特徴とする積層板の製造法で
