本考案は高周波加熱器に使用する食品容器に係るもので
、特に食品に焦げ目を付けるための容器に関するもので

この種従来のものは第１図に示す如く、磁器からなる食
品容器１の底面に、スズ等の金属酸化物を蒸着して発熱

ばハンバーグ等を載せ、加熱室４内に入れて、マグネト
ロン５からのマイクロ波を放射すると、食品３は矢印の
如くマイクロ波により加熱されると共に、発熱体２のマ
イクロ波吸収により表面が焦げる温度で加熱され、焦げ
