[Detailed description of the invention] Conventionally, in cooking appliances such as toaster ovens, the interior of the oven was sealed and the food to be cooked was taken out by opening a door with a glass window. However, this method not only has poor operability but also requires a large number of parts, resulting in a complicated structure and high price.

Therefore, in order to improve operability, a double-sided open electric cooker as shown in Figure 1 has been devised, but in this type of cooker, the radiant heat from the glass tube heater 5.6 is radiated in all directions. Therefore, there is a drawback that thermal efficiency is poor due to leakage from the openings on both sides and heat absorption by the wall surfaces.

本考案は上述欠点を除去すべく考案されたもので、以下

In the above configuration, the food to be cooked 13 is placed on the grill 7,
When the upper heater 5 and the lower heater 6 are energized, the upper surface of the food to be cooked 13 receives radiant heat from the upper heater 5 and is roasted, while the lower surface thereof is roasted by heat conduction from the lower heater 6. Burned.

At this time, since the upper heater 5 (glass tube heater) has a reflective coating 5a and mainly emits radiant heat, most of the The radiant heat is radiated to the side of the food to be cooked, and the opening 4,
The amount of heat escaping from the heater 4 is smaller than when using a heater that mainly uses heat conduction, and is relatively unaffected by outside temperature.

On the other hand, although a heat source mainly based on thermal conduction is used as the lower heater 6, when the food to be cooked 13 is placed on the grill 7,
Since a substantially sealed space is formed between the lower part of the inner box 2 and the food to be cooked 13, relatively little convective heat flows through the sides of the food to be cooked 13 and flows into the openings 4, 4. Cooked food 13

In the above embodiment, a glass tube heater is used for the upper heater 5 and a sheathed heater is used for the lower heater 6, but it is also possible to use a glass tube heater for both.
In this case, the food to be cooked is primarily roasted using radiant heat.

Although the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to reduce costs by omitting the door mechanism and reducing the number of parts. In addition, since there is no opening/closing door at the opening of the main body of the cooker, it is possible to reduce the number of parts. It is extremely easy to operate and has the effect of improving operability, and the inner part of the surface of the glass tube heater installed inside the cooker body is equipped with a heater to reflect heat toward the food being cooked. Since a reflective film is formed, it is possible to reduce roasting loss without using a special reflective mechanism, and it is possible to achieve the remarkable effect of being able to perform roasting and cooking with high thermal efficiency.
