Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cook by a microwave oven in the case of cooking which necessitates a large amount of water by forming a microwave absorbing heat generator layer across a necessary width at the external surface of a vessel main body freely transmitting microwaves. SOLUTION: The vessel consists of a vessel main body 1 in the state of a deep bottom freely transmitting microwaves and an external cap 6 reflecting microwaves, and a microwave absorbing heat generating layer 4 is formed across the necessary width on the external surface of the main body 1. At the time of putting the vessel in the microwave oven and originating microwaves, the cap 6 reflects microwaves to prevent the excessive irradiation of microwaves from an upper surface, the layer 4 is made to generate heat, and a proper quantity of microwaves is allowed to irradiate the inside of the main body 1 through a non-microwave absorbing heat generating part 5. Then, while the evaporation of moisture at an early stage is properly suppressed, a matter to be cooked is properly heated and cooked by the heating operation of the layer 4 and a proper amount of microwave irradiation.

The microwave absorbing and heating element layer is formed so as to cover the outer surface of the container body in a range of 60 to 100%, and preferably, a non-microwave absorbing and heating element having a required space is provided on the bottom and side surfaces of the container body. It is preferable to form a part to transmit an appropriate amount of microwaves and irradiate the object to be cooked to assist heating.
As a main component of the microwave absorbing and heating element layer, a known microwave absorbing and heating material such as ferrite, silicon carbide, and barium titanate is used. The microwave-absorbing heating element layer is prepared by dispersing a powdered microwave-absorbing heating material in an aqueous or oily solvent to prepare a slurry or paste, and then spraying the slurry.
It may be formed by attaching to the outer surface of the container body by a known method such as spraying, dipping, or screen printing, followed by heat treatment and baking. Further, glass, ceramics, heat-resistant resin or the like may be coated as a protective film on the outer surface of the microwave absorbing and heating element layer.

Further, the lid may be made of a metal such as iron, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, or an alloy, or a plastic,
It is formed of a material obtained by laminating a metal plate or a metal foil on a microwave transmitting material such as glass or ceramics so as to reflect microwaves. Such a lid may be configured as a single lid, or may be configured as a double lid structure of an outer lid and an inner lid. Should be configured to reflect light. Further, the lid may be configured to have a large weight or to be locked to the container body in order to prevent rattling or spillage caused by boiling of the content during heating and cooking.

In the embodiment constructed as described above, the object to be cooked is poured into the container body 1 together with a required amount of water such as broth, the inner lid 9 and the outer lid 6 are fitted, and the locking piece 8 is attached.
To the notch 3 to fix the outer lid 6 to the container body 1. Then, it is placed in a required microwave oven and irradiated with microwaves. Then, the microwave is reflected by the outer lid 6 to prevent excessive microwave irradiation from the upper surface, while the microwave absorbing and heating element layer 4 is heated, and an appropriate amount of microwave is passed through the non-microwave absorbing and heating part 5. By irradiating the inside of the container body 1 to appropriately suppress the early evaporation of water, the object to be cooked is appropriately heated and cooked by the heating action of the microwave absorbing and heating element layer 4 and the appropriate amount of microwave irradiation.

According to the present invention, as described above, a deep-bottomed container main body through which microwaves can freely pass, and a lid for reflecting microwaves are provided. Since the microwave absorbing and heating element layer is formed over the required width, the microwave is reflected by the outer lid to prevent excessive microwave irradiation from the upper surface,
The microwave-absorbing heat-generating layer can be heated, and an appropriate amount of microwave can be radiated into the container body through the non-microwave-absorbing heat-generating portion as needed to heat and cook. Heating such as boiling and steaming can be suitably cooked in a microwave oven without causing excessive evaporation of water.
