Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はスキーブーツの取り外し可能な締付リング用コ
ネクターに関するものである。
くつのつま皮の一側上に付属物を設け、この付属物に取
り外し可能なリングを連結腰そしてリングと掛合させる
ための歯を設けたレバーをくつのつま皮の他側部に堅固
に取り付けたスキーブーツ用の締め金具は従来既知であ
る。
リングはブーツをゆるめたときにも関連した付属物との
連結を維持しなければならないので、従来既知のブーツ
は一般に各付属物と対応する位置にバンドを具え、この
バンドはくつのつま皮の端縁と平行に、またその端縁か
ら小さい距離離間して配置される。
この方法ではバンドがリングを保持し、リングは締付レ
バーを解放する場合にも付属物から分離することを防止
される。
この種の締付リングコネクターの欠点は、リングがバン
ドのために付属物の周りで回転することができず、この
ため、レバーがリング上におよぼす引張力の方向へリン
グ自身が整列できないことである。
他の欠点は、バンドの中へのリングの挿入およびバンド
の付属物への連結がいくぶん労力を要腰とくにリングが
可撓性である場合には多くの労力を要することである。
さらに他の欠点はバンドの存在がブーツ形状の線形性を
変更し、これが美感を損ねる要素を構成するからである
。
本考案によればこれらの欠点は、くつのつま皮の一側部
に一体的に設けたリング用の付属物を具え、この付属物
の基部にリングを強制的に挿入し得る案内条溝を設けた
スキーブーツの取り外し可能な締付リング用コネクター
によって除去される。
以下、本考案の実施例を図面につき詳細に説明する。
図に示すように、マツシュルーム形状で、かつ、平面内
でほぼ半円形の付属物２を、各締付リンク５のためにく
つのつま皮の一側部１に一体的に設ける。
くつのつま皮は従来既知の射出方法によって構成され、
付属物の湾曲は、くつのつま皮の図示しない他側部に取
り付けられた締付レバー・と反対の方向を向く。
付属物２の基部において、くつのつま皮はその基部と平
行なリブ３と、リブの後方を限定するよう配置したアー
チ状の条溝４とを具える。
この条溝は締付リングを構成するケーブルの直径よりも
狭い入口開口を有する。
リブ３に、付属物２の頭部に設けた切欠７内へ延在する
突出部６を設ける。
突出部６と切欠７との対向端縁間の距離を、リブ３と付
属物２の頭部との対向端縁間の距離とほぼ等しくする。
リング５を付属物２に掛合させるためリングを条溝４内
へ強制的に挿入する。
ここで溝は、リング５をスナップ族めし得る入口開口を
有する一方、リングを付属物２の基部の周りで自由に回
転させ得る寸法を有する。
突出部６の目的は、たとえばスキーヤ−がリング５によ
ってブーツを懸垂保持した場合にもリング５が付属物２
から離脱しないように保持することにある。
上述したところから明らかなように本考案のコネクター
によれば、それを単一の成型操作のみで得ることができ
、また、とくに大量生産によって得られるいかなる種類
のリングをも金属連結素子の介在なしに直接的に挿入す
ることができ、さらに、取り付けられたリングは、つま
皮の他側部に設けた締付レバーによって決定される引き
つけ力線に沿うよう、つま皮への連結部の周りに回動す
ることができる。
加えて、リングを、工具を使用することなく手で容易に
取り付け、取り外しするこてができ、またとくにブーツ
を外すに際するリングのブーツからの意図しない離脱が
防止され、しかも、ブーツの心地よい外観を得ることが
できる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ くつのつま皮の一側部１に、つま皮部分と一体的に
    成型され、かつつま皮外表面から隆起するりフグ５用の
    付属物２を具え、この付属物の基部に、付属物の一側か
    ら他側へ延在するアーチ状の条溝４を設け、この条溝４
    が付属物２の外表面を通る制限された入口開口を有し、
    この入口開口を通るスナップ嵌めによってリング５を条
    溝４に掛合させ得るよう構成してなるスキーブーツの取
    り外し可能な締付リング用コネクター。 ２ マツシュルーム形状の付属物２と、この付属物の基
    部と平行にくつのつま成上に設けたリブ３とによって条
    溝４を限定してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載
    のスキーブーツの取り外し可能な締付リング用コネクタ
    ー。 ３ 条溝４の開口が、条溝自身の内側で締付リング５が
    通る通路とは異った通路を具えてなる実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載のスキーブーツの取り外し可能な締付
    リング用コネクター。 ４ 付属物２の頭部に形成した切欠７内へ延在する突出
    部６をリブ３に設けてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    〜３項のいずれか一項に記記載のスキーブーツの取り外
    し可能な締付リング用コネクター。 ５ 締付レバーと反対の方向を向く付属物２の少くとも
    本体部分を円筒形にしてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第
