Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、方形箱体用カバーに関するもので、従釆、
食器カバーとして、円形のシートの周緑部に環ゴムを封
入したものはあるが、その製作方法は、円筒状台にシー
トをかぶせて押え論により押えて、環ゴムを囲捺し、折
返してシールする方法あるが、折返し作業が煩雑で大量
に製作する工程では大きな支障となっていた。
この発明では、とくに方形箱体用に使用しうるカバーの
製作方法において、折り返し工程を斜め上方に穿設した
空気吹出孔を利用して方形状の各辺の一直線部において
シート周縁部を容易に空気の吹出し力によって折り返し
が行えるようにした方形箱体用カバーの製作方法を提供
せんとするものである。
この発明の一実施例を図面にもとづき詳説すればＡは方
形台であり、予め必要な大きさで形成され、その外周壁
には環状ゴム隊入用溝１が形成されており、しかも方形
台Ａの周壁には斜め上方に空気吹出孔２が設けられてい
る。
この方形台Ａ上に透視可能な薄膜合成樹脂シート３をか
ぶせ、方形台Ａよりまみだしたシート周緑部４に環状ゴ
ム５を囲綾し、空気吹出孔２より空気を吹出させること
により環状ゴム５により函捺したシート局縁部４の下緑
を吹出空気により上方に折り返させ、同折り返し部６を
溶着することにより環状ゴム５を折り返し部に封入し、
方形台Ａより取外すことにより、裾部は環状ゴムによる
カバー固定部Ｂとなり、カバー本体部分は方形箱被覆部
Ｃとなるものである。図中Ｄは方形箱体、Ｎは赤目印を
示す。
この発明によれば、方形箱体の一辺毎に一直線にし、お
て空気吹出孔が穿設されているため、シートの周縁部で
は、直接に吹出空気を受けて折り返し作用がなされ、何
ら手動による折り返し操作をする必要がなく、製作工程
が簡易に逐行されるものであり、またカバー固定部には
環状ゴムが封入されているため、綿付け作用を行うべく
常に縮少状態となされていると共に、方形箱被覆部は方
形状に構成されているため、方形箱体によくなじみ方形
箱上方閉口部に正確に合致してカバーすることができる
効果があり、しかも透視可能な素材であるためカバー後
は内収容物が外部から見え、方形箱体の蓋体を取外して
その都度内収容物の確認とする手間が省け、しかも薄膜
の合成樹脂シートであるためその取扱いも簡便で、低廉
に構造できる効果がある。
なお、方形箱体の上方開□部における方形部と、方形箱
被覆部における方形形成部との一致は、予め方形箱被覆
部の一個所たとえば、一辺中央部に赤目印Ｎを施してお
けば、これを目印にして方形箱体の一辺中央部に同目印
が位置する状態で方形箱被覆部をかぶせることにより正
確な被覆ができるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 外周壁に環状ゴム嵌入用溝１を形成し、同溝１の下
    部に斜め上方に穿設した空気吹出孔２を設けた方形台Ａ
    上に、透視可能な薄膜合成樹脂シート３をかぶせ、方形
    台Ａよりはみ出したシート周縁部４に環状ゴム５を囲撓
    し、同ゴムを環状ゴム嵌入用溝１に嵌着状態とした後に
    、空気吹出孔２から空気を吹出させてシート周縁部４の
    下縁を吹出空気により上方へ折り返させて、同折り返し
    部６を溶着して、環状ゴム５を折り返し部に封入せしめ
    、方形台Ａから同シート３を取外すことを特徴とする方
    形箱体用カバーの製作方法。
