Conventionally, in electric ovens, an upper heater and a lower heater are provided in the upper and lower parts of the heating chamber, respectively, and the food to be heated is heated from above and below. When cooking by placing the food on a board and placing the husband plates in two layers, one above the other, in the heating chamber, one husband plate acts as a heat shield for the food placed on the other husband plate. , there is a problem that the radiation heat from the upper and lower heaters does not effectively spread to the food to be heated, and good cooking cannot be performed. As a practical matter, cooking using two sheet piles is difficult. It was something that could not be done.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a movable heater that can be selectively disposed at a position close to the upper heater and at a position approximately in the middle of the heating chamber. By doing so, in addition to being able to heat cooking using one end plate as usual, it also becomes possible to heat cooking using two end boards, which allows for cooking a large amount at one time. Of course, in both the former and latter usage modes, heating can be done well without uneven cooking, and moreover, when cooking using a single baking sheet, it is possible to do this. The object of the present invention is to provide an electric oven that can be operated with an ideal heat arrangement.

When food to be heated is placed on a single plate and cooked, the upper heater 14 is connected to the upper heater support 13 and the lower heater 20 is connected to the lower heater support 19 as shown in FIG. In the connected state, the movable heater 6 is connected to the first movable heater support 15, and the husband plate A carrying the food to be heated (not shown) is placed on the shelves 5 and 6 as appropriate. For example, the receiving portions 5c and 6c are bridged. After that, the power switch 24 is opened, and each heater 14, 16 is turned on.
The heat generated by 20 and 20 heats and cooks the object to be heated from above and below. In this way, the object to be heated is heated from both the upper and lower sides thereof, so that the object to be heated can be heated well without uneven cooking. By the way, when heating the food to be heated from above and below in an electric opener, it is ideal to increase the amount of heat from above rather than heating from above and below with approximately the same amount of heat. It is said that it is most preferable that the amount of heat from the top is about twice as much as from the bottom for the best results.

During the above-described heating process, since the movable heater 16 is close to the upper heater 14, the food to be heated receives not only key radiation heat from the upper heater 14 but also neck radiation heat from the movable heater 16 from above. Since the heat to be heated is also received from above, the amount of heat received from above is larger (approximately twice as much) than that from below, and therefore the heat to be heated is very well-cooked. Next, when baking a large amount of bread or the like, for example, the food to be heated may be placed separately on two plates and cooked.

In this case, the movable heater 16 in the state shown in FIG. 18, and the distal end of the movable heater 6 is placed on the receiving portion 5c of the shelf 5 and supported by the receiving portion 5c. As shown in FIG. 4, the plates B and C on which foods to be heated such as bread (not shown) are placed are placed in the heating chamber 4 by appropriately spanning the shelves 5 and 6. Thereafter, each of the heaters 4, 16, and 20 in the same machine as described above is made to generate heat to heat and cook the object to be heated. In this case, the heated food placed on the upper husband plate B is heated from above and below by the upper heater 4 and the movable heater 16, respectively, while the heated food placed on the lower husband plate C is movable. Heater 6 and lower heater 201 heat from above and below, respectively, so that each top plate B,
The food to be heated in C is well cooked without any uneven cooking. As described above, according to the above-mentioned embodiment, it is possible to perform heating cooking using a single husband plate in the conventional manner, and in this usage mode, the movable heater 6 is placed in the vicinity of the upper heater 14 by the first movable heater 6. Since it is provided through the heater support 15, the movable heater 6
By working together with the upper heater 4 and the upper heater 4, the food to be heated can be baked to a very good degree with ideal heat distribution.

Since the movable heater 16 can be provided in the middle of the heating chamber 4 via the second movable heater support shell 18, it is possible to heat cooking using two husband plates. It is possible to perform a large amount of cooking, and uneven cooking can be prevented in either of the above two usage modes. FIGS. 5 to 8 show other embodiments of the present invention, and portions different from the previous embodiments will be explained.

5. The second movable heater support 18 and the lower heater support 19 are located on the back wall side of the heating chamber 4, and the first movable heater support 15 is attached to the upper stage of the holder 10, The upper heater support 13 is attached to the lower part of the holder 10. Further, as shown in FIG. 7, a heat shield plate 28 made of a metal plate is attached to the movable heater 6 at a slight distance from the mounting bracket 29.
The heat shield plate 28 has a large number of small holes 3.
0. Reference numerals 31 and 31 indicate upper auxiliary supports attached to the upper left and right side walls of the heating chamber 4.

When cooking the food by placing it on one end plate, move the movable heater 16 so that the heat shield plate 28 faces the ceiling wall of the heating chamber 4, as shown by the solid line in FIG. It is connected to and supported by the first movable heater support 15 and supported by the upper auxiliary supports 31, 31 so as to do so.

In this case, in addition to being able to heat and cook as in the previous example,
Since the radiation of heat from the movable heater 6 against the ceiling wall of the heating chamber 4 is weakened by the heat shield plate 28, it is possible to prevent the ceiling wall of the heating chamber 4, that is, the inner box 3, from being excessively heated. Next, when cooking using two husband plates, move the movable heater 6 to the eighth
As shown in the figure, the heat shield plate 28 is connected and supported to the second movable heater support 18 so as to face the lower top plate c side, and the side green part of the heat shield plate 28 is connected to the shelves 5, 6. Support as appropriate.

In this case, even if the food to be heated and the movable heater 16 placed on the lower end plate c are in an excessively close state, the radiation heat of the movable heater 16 to the food to be heated can be moderately radiated by the heat shield plate 28. Since the heat can be weakened, it is possible to prevent problems such as excessive burning of the food to be heated. As explained above, the present invention has a structure in which a movable heater is provided and can be selectively disposed at a position close to the upper heater and at a substantially intermediate position of the heating chamber via the support section. It has excellent effects such as being able to heat cooking using multiple plates and allowing a large amount of heat to be cooked at one time.
Of course, heating cooking using a single end plate can be carried out in the conventional manner, and in this usage mode, the movable heater and the upper heater work together to ensure that the heated food is cooked in an ideal heat arrangement. It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric oven which can achieve a very good degree of baking of objects and can prevent uneven baking etc. in either of the above-mentioned two usage modes.
