Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）互いに平行に離間した冷却水入口タンク１及び冷
    却水出口タンク２と、両タンク１，２間を連通ずる多数
    のチューブ３及び、該チューブ間に接触配設された多数
    のフィン４を有する熱交換器コア５と、により熱交換器
    本体を構成し、該コア５と、該コア５の両側面を閉塞す
    ると共に、該コア５を支持するサイド板６と、該サイド
    板６の外表面に一体的に又は接続により突設されると共
    に、前記両タンク１，２の各外周面に沿いフランジ状に
    形成された熱交換器本体取付は用のシート７と、該シー
    ト７を介し締結具により熱交換器本体の上下に夫々被嵌
    される過給空気導入用のカバ一部材８と、前記コア５を
    介し該空気をエンジン側に誘導するインレットマニホー
    ルド９と、を具備する過給気用熱交換器において、前記
    シート７を熱交換器コア５の両側面に位置する一対の直
    線状のコア部シート７ａと、両タンク１，２に位置する
    一対のほぼＵ字状のタンク部シート７ｂとに分割して、
    前記各構成部材の熱歪の差に基づくシート７の破損を防
    止したことを特徴とする過給気用熱交換器。
  2. （２）前記各シート７ａ、７ｂの分割面を互いに突き合
    わせると共に、該突き合わせ面にエアー漏れ防止用の断
    熱性シール剤を介装した実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の熱交換器。
