内チヤネルを有する球状金型の上記案内チヤネルにて囲

チヤネルに一致する如く位置決めして収容し、上記ボー
ル基体内圧を上昇させてボール基体表面を表皮パネルに
押圧し、予め上記表皮パネル裏面若しくはボール基体表
面の少なくとも一方に塗布された接着剤を介してボール
基体の突条リブで囲まれた全区域に全表皮パネルを同時
貼着する第1工程;少なくとも上記ボール基体の突条リ
ブに対応する領域の隣接領域に突条を形成してなる球状
金型内に、上記第1工程で得られた革貼ボールを上記突
条リブが上記突条に対応する如く位置決めして収容し、
該金型を加熱すると同時に上記革貼ボールの内圧を上昇
