Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a manufacturing method of a machine-pasted basketball, which has the advantages of simple production process, high efficiency and strong stereoscopic impression.
The invention also aims to provide a line pressing and shaping device for sticking the basketball on the manufacturing machine, which has a simple structure.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a method for manufacturing a machine-pasted basketball comprises the following process steps:
a. manufacturing a basketball middle tyre: winding a yarn layer on the surface of the basketball liner, then wrapping a rubber middle liner leather on the surface of the yarn layer, vulcanizing to form a basketball middle tire, brushing a layer of glue on the surface of the basketball middle tire, and drying for later use;
b. manufacturing a basketball ball cover: cutting a basketball ball cover, wherein a ball stalk line area for drawing or sticking ball stalks is arranged on the cut basketball ball cover, the thickness of the ball stalk line area is smaller than that of other areas of the basketball ball cover, the surface of the ball stalk line area of the basketball ball cover is drawn or stuck with the ball stalks, then brushing a layer of glue on the back surface of the basketball ball cover, and drying for later use;
c. arranging a basketball ball cover: b, flatly arranging the dried basketball ball skins in the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine, and enabling the basketball ball skins to cling to the inner surfaces of the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine through vacuum adsorption;
d. pasting ball covers: b, placing the basketball middle tire dried in the step a into the hemispherical mold A placed with the basketball ball skin in the step c, closing the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin attaching machine, inflating the basketball middle tire placed in the hemispherical mold A of the rubber skin attaching machine, and heating the basketball middle tire and the basketball ball skin at the same time to enable the basketball ball skin and the basketball middle tire to be pre-bonded into a whole to form a pre-formed basketball;
e. hot-pressing and shaping: and d, placing the preliminary formed basketball obtained in the step d into a hemispherical mold B of the line pressing and shaping device, aligning the ball stalk of the basketball with the protrusion of the hemispherical mold B, closing the two hemispherical molds B, and heating the preliminary formed basketball while inflating again to shape the basketball to obtain a finished basketball product.
The line pressing and shaping device comprises two hemispherical molds B and a heating element arranged on the hemispherical molds B; bulges corresponding to the basketball ball stems are arranged on the inner wall surface of the hemispherical mold B; and the hemispherical die B is provided with an inflation hole for inflating the basketball middle tire.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
1. in the step c, the ball stalk is not placed in the hemispherical mold A, but the ball stalk is drawn or stuck on the basketball sheet, and then the basketball sheet with the ball stalk is attached to the middle tire of the basketball under the conditions of heating and pressurizing, so that the ball stalk can be firmly stuck to the surface of the basketball, and the phenomenon of warping caused by warping of the ball stalk is prevented.
2. The ball stem line area with the thickness lower than that of other areas of the basketball ball cover is arranged on the basketball ball cover, the ball stem line area draws or sticks the ball stem, and then the ball stem line area can sink to form a groove under the action of the protrusions of the hemispherical die B of the line pressing and shaping device, so that the manufactured basketball has a stereoscopic impression on the whole appearance.
3. The ball stem of the basketball can be drawn on the ball cover of the basketball by using the colored paint, so that the phenomenon that the ball stem is tilted in the whole life of the basketball is avoided, and the material of the surface of the whole basketball is the same, so that the hand feeling of the basketball is more comfortable, the bounce degree is uniform, and the basketball is more flexible and changeable. Certainly, the basketball stem can also be a leather strip made of the same material as the basketball skin, the stem can be tightly attached to the basketball skin through neoprene glue, and meanwhile, the stem and the basketball skin are made of the same material, so that the whole basketball is more comfortable in hand feeling and uniform in bounce.
4. The manufacturing method of the machine-pasted basketball is simple and feasible, and is suitable for large-scale production.
Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the drawings and examples of the specification:
a method for manufacturing a machine-pasted basketball comprises the following process steps:
a. manufacturing a basketball middle tyre: winding a yarn layer on the surface of the basketball liner, then wrapping a rubber middle liner leather on the surface of the yarn layer, vulcanizing to form a basketball middle tire, brushing a layer of glue on the surface of the basketball middle tire, and drying for later use; the temperature for drying the basketball middle tyre is controlled within the range of 55-60 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 min.
b. Manufacturing a basketball ball cover: cutting a basketball ball cover, wherein a ball stalk line area for drawing or sticking ball stalks is arranged on the cut basketball ball cover, the thickness of the ball stalk line area is smaller than that of other areas of the basketball ball cover, the surface of the ball stalk line area of the basketball ball cover is drawn or stuck with the ball stalks, then brushing a layer of glue on the back surface of the basketball ball cover, and drying for later use; the drying temperature of the basketball ball skin is 55-60 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 min. The thickness of the ball seam area on the basketball cover is 0.5-1mm less than the thickness of the other areas of the basketball cover.
The ball stem of the basketball can be drawn on the ball cover of the basketball by using the colored paint, so that the phenomenon that the ball stem is tilted in the whole life of the basketball is avoided, and the material of the surface of the whole basketball is the same, so that the hand feeling of the basketball is more comfortable, the bounce degree is uniform, and the basketball is more flexible and changeable. The basketball peduncle can be pre-drawn or stuck on the basketball cover, and then the basketball cover is cut. Of course, the basketball cover can be cut out first, and then the ball peduncle can be painted or stuck on the ball peduncle line area of the basketball cover. The basketball cover may be sanded or hot pressed to form the area of the ball-end line, but any other process that will thin the cover piece is possible.
c. Arranging a basketball ball cover: b, flatly arranging the dried basketball ball skins in the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine, and enabling the basketball ball skins to cling to the inner surfaces of the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine through vacuum adsorption; air holes for sucking the basketball ball skin in a vacuum manner are uniformly distributed on the hemispherical mold A, and a ball skin groove for placing the basketball ball skin is formed in the inner wall surface of the hemispherical mold A; the number of the basketball covers arranged in the two hemispherical moulds A can be 2-12 in total, and the whole basketball liner can be wrapped after the basketball covers arranged in the two hemispherical moulds A are closed;
d. pasting ball covers: b, placing the basketball middle tire dried in the step a into the hemispherical mold A placed with the basketball ball skin in the step c, closing the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin attaching machine, inflating the basketball middle tire placed in the hemispherical mold A of the rubber skin attaching machine, and heating the basketball middle tire and the basketball ball skin at the same time to enable the basketball ball skin and the basketball middle tire to be pre-bonded into a whole to form a pre-formed basketball; wherein the inflation pressure is 0.6-1.0MPa, the heating temperature is 40-60 deg.C, and the inflation and heating time is controlled to 10-20 s.
Through heating to hemisphere mould A, and then realize heating basketball middle tyre and basketball ball skin.
e. Hot-pressing and shaping: d, placing the primarily-formed basketball obtained in the step d into a hemispherical mold B1 of the line pressing and shaping device, aligning the ball stalk of the basketball with the protrusion 2 of the hemispherical mold B1, then closing the two hemispherical molds B1, and shaping the basketball by inflating and heating the primarily-formed basketball again to obtain a basketball finished product; wherein the inflation pressure is 0.6-1.0MPa, the heating temperature is 60-70 deg.C, and the time for inflating and heating is controlled to 4-6 min.
The convex 2 on the hemispherical die B1 can press down the area of the ball stalk line drawn or stuck with the ball stalk to form a groove, so that the prepared basketball has more stereoscopic impression.
f. And (5) finishing the appearance of the basketball, inspecting the finished product and testing leakage.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a press line setting device provided by the present invention.
The line pressing and shaping device comprises two hemispherical molds B1 and heating elements arranged on the hemispherical molds B1; the inner wall surface of the hemispherical mold B1 is provided with a bulge 2 corresponding to the basketball ball stalk; and the hemispherical mold B1 is provided with an inflation hole 3 for inflating the middle tyre of the basketball. The material of the hemispherical mold B1 may be aluminum or steel. The heating elements may be heating sheets disposed within the walls of the hemispherical mold B1. Because the heating elements are disposed within the walls of the hemispherical mold B1 and are not visible to the naked eye, the drawings of the present invention do not depict the specific location of the heating elements.
As shown in fig. 1: half of the inflation holes 3 are located on the upper hemispherical mold B1 and the other half are located on the lower hemispherical mold B1, and the two halves of the inflation holes 3 are closed to form the complete inflation holes 3.
The positions and the number of the bulges 2 correspond to the basketball peduncle.
The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the following examples:

b. Manufacturing a basketball ball cover: cutting a basketball ball cover, wherein a ball stalk line area for drawing or sticking ball stalks is arranged on the cut basketball ball cover, the thickness of the ball stalk line area is smaller than that of other areas of the basketball ball cover, the surface of the ball stalk line area of the basketball ball cover is drawn or stuck with the ball stalks, then brushing a layer of glue on the back surface of the basketball ball cover, and drying for later use; the drying temperature of the basketball ball skin is 55 ℃, and the drying time is 5 min. The thickness of the ball seam area on the basketball cover is 1mm less than the thickness of the other areas of the basketball cover.
c. Arranging a basketball ball cover: b, flatly arranging the dried basketball ball skins in the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine, and enabling the basketball ball skins to cling to the inner surfaces of the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine through vacuum adsorption;
d. pasting ball covers: b, placing the basketball middle tire dried in the step a into the hemispherical mold A placed with the basketball ball skin in the step c, closing the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin attaching machine, inflating the basketball middle tire placed in the hemispherical mold A of the rubber skin attaching machine, and heating the basketball middle tire and the basketball ball skin at the same time to enable the basketball ball skin and the basketball middle tire to be pre-bonded into a whole to form a pre-formed basketball; wherein the inflation pressure is 0.6MPa, the heating temperature is 60 ℃, and the inflation and heating time is controlled to be 10 s.
e. Hot-pressing and shaping: d, placing the primarily-formed basketball obtained in the step d into a hemispherical mold B1 of the line pressing and shaping device, aligning the ball stalk of the basketball with the protrusion 2 of the hemispherical mold B1, then closing the two hemispherical molds B1, and shaping the basketball by inflating and heating the primarily-formed basketball again to obtain a basketball finished product; wherein the inflation pressure is 0.6MPa, the heating temperature is 70 deg.C, and the time for inflation and heating is controlled to be 4 min.
f. And (5) finishing the appearance of the basketball, inspecting the finished product and testing leakage.
Example two:
a method for manufacturing a machine-pasted basketball comprises the following process steps:
a. manufacturing a basketball middle tyre: winding a yarn layer on the surface of the basketball liner, then wrapping a rubber middle liner leather on the surface of the yarn layer, vulcanizing to form a basketball middle tire, brushing a layer of glue on the surface of the basketball middle tire, and drying for later use; the temperature for drying the basketball middle tyre is controlled at 60 ℃, and the drying time is 3 min.
b. Manufacturing a basketball ball cover: cutting a basketball ball cover, wherein a ball stalk line area for drawing or sticking ball stalks is arranged on the cut basketball ball cover, the thickness of the ball stalk line area is smaller than that of other areas of the basketball ball cover, the surface of the ball stalk line area of the basketball ball cover is drawn or stuck with the ball stalks, then brushing a layer of glue on the back surface of the basketball ball cover, and drying for later use; the drying temperature of the basketball ball skin is 60 ℃, and the drying time is 3 min. The thickness of the ball seam area on the basketball cover is 0.5mm less than the thickness of the other areas of the basketball cover.
c. Arranging a basketball ball cover: b, flatly arranging the dried basketball ball skins in the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine, and enabling the basketball ball skins to cling to the inner surfaces of the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine through vacuum adsorption;
d. pasting ball covers: b, placing the basketball middle tire dried in the step a into the hemispherical mold A placed with the basketball ball skin in the step c, closing the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin attaching machine, inflating the basketball middle tire placed in the hemispherical mold A of the rubber skin attaching machine, and heating the basketball middle tire and the basketball ball skin at the same time to enable the basketball ball skin and the basketball middle tire to be pre-bonded into a whole to form a pre-formed basketball; wherein the inflation pressure is 1.0MPa, the heating temperature is 40 ℃, and the inflation and heating time is controlled to be 20 s.
e. Hot-pressing and shaping: d, placing the primarily-formed basketball obtained in the step d into a hemispherical mold B1 of the line pressing and shaping device, aligning the ball stalk of the basketball with the protrusion 2 of the hemispherical mold B1, then closing the two hemispherical molds B1, and shaping the basketball by inflating and heating the primarily-formed basketball again to obtain a basketball finished product; wherein the inflation pressure is 1.0MPa, the heating temperature is 60 deg.C, and the time for inflating and heating is controlled to 6 min.
f. And (5) finishing the appearance of the basketball, inspecting the finished product and testing leakage.
Example three:
a method for manufacturing a machine-pasted basketball comprises the following process steps:
a. manufacturing a basketball middle tyre: winding a yarn layer on the surface of the basketball liner, then wrapping a rubber middle liner leather on the surface of the yarn layer, vulcanizing to form a basketball middle tire, brushing a layer of glue on the surface of the basketball middle tire, and drying for later use; the temperature for drying the basketball middle tyre is controlled at 58 ℃ and the drying time is 4 min.
b. Manufacturing a basketball ball cover: cutting a basketball ball cover, wherein a ball stalk line area for drawing or sticking ball stalks is arranged on the cut basketball ball cover, the thickness of the ball stalk line area is smaller than that of other areas of the basketball ball cover, the surface of the ball stalk line area of the basketball ball cover is drawn or stuck with the ball stalks, then brushing a layer of glue on the back surface of the basketball ball cover, and drying for later use; the drying temperature of the basketball ball skin is 58 ℃ and the drying time is 4 min. The thickness of the ball seam area on the basketball cover is 0.8mm less than the thickness of the other areas of the basketball cover.
c. Arranging a basketball ball cover: b, flatly arranging the dried basketball ball skins in the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine, and enabling the basketball ball skins to cling to the inner surfaces of the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine through vacuum adsorption;
d. pasting ball covers: b, placing the basketball middle tire dried in the step a into the hemispherical mold A placed with the basketball ball skin in the step c, closing the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin attaching machine, inflating the basketball middle tire placed in the hemispherical mold A of the rubber skin attaching machine, and heating the basketball middle tire and the basketball ball skin at the same time to enable the basketball ball skin and the basketball middle tire to be pre-bonded into a whole to form a pre-formed basketball; wherein the inflation pressure is 0.8MPa, the heating temperature is 50 ℃, and the inflation and heating time is controlled to be 15 s.
e. Hot-pressing and shaping: d, placing the primarily-formed basketball obtained in the step d into a hemispherical mold B1 of the line pressing and shaping device, aligning the ball stalk of the basketball with the protrusion 2 of the hemispherical mold B1, then closing the two hemispherical molds B1, and shaping the basketball by inflating and heating the primarily-formed basketball again to obtain a basketball finished product; wherein the inflation pressure is 0.8MPa, the heating temperature is 65 ℃, and the time for inflating and heating is controlled to be 5 min.
f. And (5) finishing the appearance of the basketball, inspecting the finished product and testing leakage.
