Wherein, the temperature for drying the basketball ball skin each time is 115 ℃, and the total time for drying in the oven for two times is 16 seconds.
D, arranging a basketball ball cover: c, flatly arranging the basketball ball skins obtained in the step c in two hemispherical molds A of a rubber skin sticking machine, and enabling the basketball ball skins to cling to the inner surfaces of the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin sticking machine through vacuum adsorption;

e, sticking ball skins; b, placing the basketball middle tire obtained in the step b into the hemispherical mold A placed with the basketball ball skin in the step d, closing the two hemispherical molds A of the rubber skin attaching machine, inflating the basketball middle tire placed in the hemispherical mold A of the rubber skin attaching machine, and heating the basketball middle tire and the basketball ball skin at the same time to enable the basketball ball skin and the basketball middle tire to be pre-bonded into a whole to form a pre-formed basketball without the ribs attached;

3) placing the spherical inner mold in one hollow outer mold, buckling the two hollow outer molds, injecting raw materials which are heated and melted and are used for manufacturing the ribs into the hollow outer molds through the material injection holes, shaking the molds for 10-30s, heating to realize uniform vulcanization, and then demolding to obtain the reticular ribs; wherein, the temperature is controlled to be 130-150 ℃ and the vulcanizing time is 12-16 min.
3. The process for manufacturing a machine-pasted basketball as claimed in claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the specific method for manufacturing the net-shaped ribs in the step a comprises the following steps:
1) according to the designed shape of the basketball, rib grooves corresponding to the basketball are carved on an internal sphere model;
2) preparing two hemispherical hollow external molds with smooth inner wall surfaces and matched with the spherical internal molds;
3) cutting the thin rubber material for manufacturing the ribs into strips and plugging the strips into rib grooves on the inner sphere mold;
4) placing the spherical inner die filled with the rubber thin material into one hollow outer die, buckling the two hollow outer dies, heating and extruding to realize vulcanization, and then demolding to obtain the reticular ribs; wherein, during the vulcanization, the inner mold and the outer mold are controlled to be tightly closed, the temperature is controlled to be 130-150 ℃, and the vulcanization time is 2-5 min.

The process for manufacturing a machine-pasted basketball as claimed in claim 1, wherein the process comprises the following steps: the specific method for manufacturing the basketball middle tire in the step b comprises the following steps: winding a yarn layer on the surface of the basketball liner, then wrapping a rubber middle liner leather on the surface of the yarn layer, vulcanizing to form a basketball middle tire with a smooth surface, brushing a layer of glue on the surface of the basketball middle tire, and drying for later use; wherein the temperature for drying the basketball middle tyre is controlled within the range of 55-60 ℃, and the drying time is 3-5 min.
