Floating construction materials such as Uki-zukuri I8-Shiku have a summer wood part (wood grain) that stands out on the board surface, and such materials have been manufactured using the following two methods until now. . The first method is to cut natural iron wood such as natural cedar or pine to create a natural wood veneer, and then sand or brush the surface of the veneer to create a relatively hard summer village. This method leaves the wood almost in its original state and wears down other parts to bring out the wood grain. However, this method had the disadvantage that the Floating Wooden Boards that were tied up became expensive due to the depletion of natural paper wood and the lack of supply. The second method is to create wood veneers by cutting inexpensive low-grade logs, stack multiple veneers with a hard adhesive, and then continue using upper and lower mold plates with male and female unevenness. In this method, the wood is flitched, then cut to create a cut veneer, and the surface of this is sanded or brushed to make the hard adhesive part stand out as wood grain (summer wood part). According to this method, an inexpensive floating I-Q name board can be obtained, but when multiple wooden veneers are layered with adhesive, the adhesive penetrates into the interior of the wooden veneers, so the summer wood part and The boundary between the spring wood part and the spring wood part was blurred, and the summer wood part could not be clearly expressed as in the case made of natural precious wood veneer.
This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and involves forming a film for preventing penetration on the surface of a veneer of material, and then applying a colored resin composition on this film to form a colored resin hard layer. A plurality of veneers of the material on which the colored resin hard layer has been formed are stacked together with an adhesive and compressed using a mold to create a flitch. The flitch is then processed to create a processed material, and a pattern is formed on this processed material. The gist of this method is to obtain floating laminated wood by embossing the surface with a pattern. That is, by doing so, the penetration prevention film prevents the colored resin composition from penetrating into the material veneer, and the boundary between the colored resin hard layer and the material veneer becomes extremely clear.

Therefore, the raised pattern formed by the colored resin hard layer becomes clearly visible. Furthermore, since cheap raw materials such as wood veneers obtained from low-grade wood can be used, floating laminated timber can be manufactured at low cost. Next, an example of this invention will be explained. In other words, we use wood veneer obtained by cutting low-grade raw wood as it is, bleach it, dye it, or dye it as a raw material veneer. Forms a film to prevent penetration on the surface of the material (having the same color as the color). The formation of this film is done by using a film forming agent such as acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate emulsion, aluminum/resin liquid, etc., which can form a film on a single surface of a material that contains sufficient moisture, alone or in combination with the surface of the material veneer. This is done by applying (brushing, spraying, etc.) and drying. Next, a colored resin composition (having the same color as the target natural wood's summer wood color) is applied onto the penetration-preventing film to form a colored resin hard layer. The colored resin composition used is a mixture of the above film-forming agent as a vehicle and a coloring agent such as a dye or pigment. In this case, the permeation-preventing film prevents the colored resin composition from permeating into the material veneer.
Next, a plurality of material veneers with colored resin hard sheets (summer wood color) formed on their surfaces are stacked together with adhesive so that their surfaces face in the same direction. As the adhesive, vinyl acetate type, amino resin type, urethane type, etc. are used. Next, this stacked body is sandwiched between a pair of templates and stretched vertically to create a flitch. Next, this fritchi is processed by slicing, sawing, planing, sandpapering, etc. to produce processed materials such as an 8-cone veneer, a plate, and a column. On the outer surface (pattern-forming surface) of this processed material, a summer wood portion made up of a hard layer of colored resin and a spring portion made of a veneer of material appear. Next, the pattern-forming surface of this processed material is subjected to a pattern-embossing process by sanding, brushing, etc. As a result, the hard summer wood part (consisting of a hard layer of colored resin) appearing on the pattern forming surface remains almost intact, while the soft spring wood part (consisting of a wooden veneer) wears out. The summer wood (wood grain) stands out. In this way, floating mulberry wood is obtained. This floating construction material is made of colored resin hard wood and clearly shows the raised wood grain, giving it an appearance exactly like that of natural wood veneer, giving it an extremely natural appearance.

In the above explanation, a wood-based material is used as the material veneer. However, as the material veneer, a base material such as paper or cloth is impregnated with a resin liquid and dried resin is used as the material veneer. Vapor may also be used.

On the other hand, a blend of vinyl acetate emulsion and uria resin at a ratio of 1:2 was prepared, and a dye was added and mixed to produce a colored resin composition (summer wood color). Next, this colored resin composition was applied onto the coating of the spring wood color-dyed veneer and dried under conditions of 15 mm and 4 minutes to form a colored resin hard layer. A moisture-curing urethane adhesive was applied to the veneer surface of the spring wood color-dyed veneers on which the colored resin hard layer had been formed in this way, and 10 q of sheets were stacked, and this was compressed for 2 hours using a pair of molds. It was made into a flitch. Next, this fritsch was sliced into 0.3-thick slices using a slicer, and the surface was sanded with a sander. As a result, a floating I○ salmon veneer was obtained in which the colored resin hard layer remained almost as it was, the soft spring wood color-dyed monoslope part was worn away, and the wood grain made of the colored resin hard layer was exposed. The raised wood grain of this raised decorative veneer was clearly visible and had an extremely natural look. Example 2 Uria resin liquid (flour thickening) was used instead of acrylic acid ester emulsion (for film formation).
