In the past, the following method was used to produce a natural cedar-like decorative veneer with a thin summerwood section and a clear boundary between the summerwood section and the springwood section using inexpensive raw wood veneers. It was done. In other words, a veneer of raw wood is made by cutting an inexpensive raw wood with a rotary laser, etc., and this is immersed in a highly concentrated dye bath for a short time, and the surface layer is dyed darkly ( By dyeing the inside lightly (to express the summer wood) and lightly dyeing the interior (to express the spring wood), a thin dark dyed layer is formed on the surface side, and the remaining part (most of the veneer) You can create a dyed veneer that has been dyed in a light color, and then layer multiple veneers by laminating and gluing them together and slicing them. Alternatively, you can use a thick veneer of raw wood and soak it in a dye bath to create a light dyed layer. A dyed veneer is made in which the thickness of the dark dyed layer is relatively thin compared to the thickness of the veneer, and multiple veneers are laminated and glued together and sliced, or a raw wood veneer is dyed in spring wood color. ,
It has been manufactured by coating the surface with a summer wood coloring agent to form a thin summer wood coloring layer, and then laminating and bonding a plurality of layers and slicing them. However, when manufacturing decorative veneers in the manner of and, the boundary between the dark dyed layer and the light dyed layer of the dyed veneer becomes unclear, so the decorative veneer manufactured using it becomes unclear. The boundary between summer wood and spring wood was blurred. In addition, when manufacturing decorative veneers in the manner described above, since the summer wood coloring agent penetrates into the inside of the spring wood colored wood veneer through the conduits and cracks, the spring wood colored dyed layer and the summer wood colored The boundary with the colored layer became unclear, making it impossible to produce a decorative veneer in which the boundary between the summer wood part and the spring wood part clearly appeared. Therefore, we dyed raw wood veneer in spring wood color, applied acrylic emulsion to the veneer surface of this spring wood color dyed veneer (high moisture content immediately after dyeing), and dried it. A sealing film is formed, and a summer wood coloring layer is formed by applying a summer wood coloring agent on the sealing film, and a spring wood color dyed veneer on which a summer wood coloring layer is formed in this way. The idea was to manufacture decorative veneers using this method. However, in this case, when acrylic emulsion is applied to the veneer surface of spring wood color-dyed veneer with a high moisture content and dried, a layer of water forms at the interface between the veneer and the formed sealing film. A problem arose in that the stopper coating peeled off from the veneer. It was also considered to apply an acrylic emulsion after drying the spring wood color dyed veneer, but in this way, drying of the spring wood color dyed veneer → application of acrylic emulsion → drying of the acrylic emulsion A large number of drying steps were required, such as → application of the summer wood coloring agent → drying of the summer wood coloring agent, which resulted in the problem of frequent cracking defects due to warping and twisting of the veneer.

This invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and involves applying a sealing agent to one side of a dry-treated springwood-colored wood veneer to form a sealing film.
Apply adhesive to the other side, apply an adhesive containing a summer wood coloring agent on the sealing film on one side or the adhesive on the other side, and then apply this spring wood color wood veneer.
The gist is to create a frit by stacking and pressing multiple sheets so that the surfaces coated with an adhesive containing a summer wood coloring agent face the same direction, and by processing this frit to obtain a decorative wood material. That is.

That is, a raw wood veneer cut with a rotary laser or the like (with cracks and roughness on the back side due to cutting) is dyed in a spring wood color and dried (drying also includes natural drying). and the moisture content is 80% by weight
(hereinafter abbreviated as "%") Adjust to the following. Preferably it is 60% or less. Next, the back side of the dry-treated spring wood color-dyed veneer (the side where back cracks, etc. have occurred)
Then, an acrylic emulsion filler is applied and dried to form a filler film, and a portion of the adhesive used for flitching is also applied to the surface. Next, on the applied adhesive, a summer wood color adhesive is applied, which is made by mixing the remaining part of the adhesive with a summer wood coloring agent. Next, the veneer was coated with summer wood color adhesive.
Stack multiple sheets with the surface facing upward.
This is shown in the drawing. In the figure, 1 is a spring wood color dyed veneer, 2 is a crack on its back, 3 is a sealing film formed on the back side, 4 is an adhesive layer also formed on the surface, and 5 is the adhesive layer. This is a summer wood colored adhesive layer formed on top of 4. As is clear from the figure, when the veneers 1 are stacked, the summer wood color adhesive layer 5 is attached to the adhesive layer 4 below it and the sealing film 3 of the other veneers located above it. It becomes a state of being stuck. Therefore, the colorant veneer 1 in the summer wood color adhesive
This will prevent it from seeping into the inside. Next, the thus stacked veneers 1 are pressed together using a mold (not shown) to form fritches, and then sliced. As a result, a decorative veneer is obtained in which a summer wood part constituted by the summer wood color adhesive layer 5 and a spring wood part constituted by the spring wood color dyed veneer 1 appear alternately. This decorative veneer is manufactured in such a way that the colorant from the summer wood color adhesive layer is prevented from seeping into the veneer when the veneers are stacked, so the summer wood part is thin and the summer wood color is thin. The boundary between the wood and spring wood is clearly visible.

In the above description, a raw wood veneer is dyed in a spring wood color, but a raw wood veneer whose ground color is a spring wood color may be used instead. In addition, a sealing film is formed on the surface of the dry-treated spring wood color-dyed veneer (the side where no cracks have occurred on the back), and a portion of the adhesive used during fritting is applied to the spring wood color-dyed veneer. The adhesive may be applied to the back side (the side where the back crack has occurred) to seal the back crack. Furthermore, an adhesive containing a summer material coloring agent may be applied onto the sealing film. In addition, the method of stacking veneers during fritsling is not limited to stacking the veneers with their surfaces facing upward; in other words, the surface coated with the adhesive containing the summer wood coloring agent should be stacked with the surface facing upward. All you have to do is stack them facing the same direction. Furthermore, the processing that can be applied to fritchi is not limited to slicing, but includes sawing, planing, polishing, sandpapering, etc., and the decorative wood material formed by this process is also shaped like a decorative veneer. It is not limited to , but may also be plate materials or pillar materials.

In the present invention, since the decorative wood material is manufactured as described above, the drying process only needs to be carried out twice: drying the spring wood color-dyed veneer and forming the sealing film.
Therefore, it is possible to obtain a wood decorative material in which the summer wood part is thin and the boundary between the summer wood part and the spring wood part is clearly visible, without causing frequent cracking defects due to warpage and twisting of the veneer during drying. You will be able to do this.
