Power is supplied to mobile electrical equipment via a current collecting arm that slides into contact with the Lee wire. However, in such a mobile electric line system, in order to increase the movement range of mobile electrical equipment, the distance between connecting trolley wires is increased (100 to 100 mm).
200 skin), there is an inconvenience that the trolley wire will sag due to its own weight. Conventionally, in order to solve this problem, both ends of the trolley wire 1 are fixed using a terminal pulling device 25 as shown in FIG. The trolley wire 1 is held in place by a hanger 27 which applies an appropriate tension and is attached to a bracket 9 fixed to a structural member and slidably grips the trolley wire 1. However, in this case, when the distance between the tensioning of the trolley wire 1 becomes longer and the number of hangers 27 increases, the frictional resistance between the hanger 27 and the trolley wire 1 increases and is applied to the central part. There was a problem in that the tension applied to the trolley wire 1 became smaller, and the expansion and contraction of the trolley wire 1 due to temperature changes could not be absorbed, resulting in sagging in the center as shown by the dotted line in the figure, making it impossible for the current collecting arm to move smoothly. The present invention aims to solve the above problems. Examples will be described below using figures.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a trolley wire whose both ends are fixed via terminal tensioning devices 25 and stretched with appropriate tension applied, and a conductor 19 is disposed inside an insulating sheath 20 that is closed downward to prevent electric shocks and leakage accidents. This is a so-called insulated trolley wire designed to prevent this. Reference numeral 2 denotes a tightening insulator which has a holding groove 3 having substantially the same cross-sectional shape as the trolley wire 1 on its lower surface, and a through hole 4 parallel to the holding groove 3 is provided in the upper part of the pulling insulator 2 .

The trolley wire 1 inserted into the holding groove 3 is connected to the holding hole 6 of the fixing pin 5 provided on both side walls of the holding groove 3 and the trolley wire 1
It is fixed to the cotton insulator 2 by inserting a fixing pin 5 into a fixing hole 7 drilled at a fixing location. One end 8 of the bolt 8 inserted into the through hole 4 of the tension insulator 2
A is fixed to a bracket 9 fixed to a structural member such as a ceiling or a wall using fixing nuts 10 and 11. On the other hand, a tightening nut 12 and a tightening insulator 2 screwed onto the other end 8b of the bolt 8
A coil spring 13 is inserted between the two, and by tightening the tightening nut 12, the coil spring 13 is compressed, and the elastic force of the coil spring 13 causes the insulator 2 to move in the direction of arrow A.
The trolley wire 1 is biased in this direction to apply tension to the trolley wire 1. Reference numeral 14 denotes a reinforcing metal fitting, in which a vertical piece 15 is fixed to the bracket 9 with a bolt 8 and fixing nuts 11, 12, and a horizontal piece 16 has an insulator-holding inwardly bent portion 1.
7 are aligned with grooves 18 provided on the outer surface of the tightening insulator 2, so as to support the tightening insulator 2 so as to be movable in the horizontal direction.

FIG. 4 shows an example of the arrangement of the cotton drawing device 22 according to the present application. By fixing both ends of the trolley wire 1 via the terminal cotton drawing device 25, an appropriate tension is applied to the trolley wire 1. The tensioning device 22 of the present application is placed in the central part of the tension type trolley wire 1' where tension is insufficient and sagging is likely to occur.
is arranged. Now, by tightening the tightening nut 12 appropriately, the elastic force of the coil spring 13 is applied to the tightening insulator 2, and the terminal tightening device 2 is attached to the center of the trolley wire 1.
In addition to the tension caused by 5, the tension caused by the tensioning device 22 is applied, so that the tension applied to the trolley wire 1 is approximately uniform over the entire tension section, and the central portion of the trolley wire 1 is prevented from sagging. It has become. Note that the tightening device 22
may be provided in an appropriate number (for example, one per 50 skins) depending on the length of the trolley wire 1. As described above, the present invention provides a through hole parallel to the holding groove in the upper part of the pulling insulator which has a holding groove for the trolley wire on the lower surface, and the trolley wire inserted into the holding groove is attached to the pulling insulator using a fixing pin. One end of the bolt inserted into the through hole is fixed to a bracket fixed to the structural material, and a coil spring is interposed between the tension nut and the cotton insulator, which are screwed onto the other end of the bolt. By appropriately adjusting the vertical attachment of the tensioning nut, the elastic force of the bracket can apply appropriate tension to the point fixed to the tensioning insulator of the trolley wire. By arranging the tensioning device of the present invention in the part where the tension is reduced, the tension applied to the trolley wire can be made approximately uniform over the entire tensioned section, and the tension type trolley with a long tensioned section can be Even if the trolley wire is connected to a trolley wire, it has the advantage of preventing the central portion of the trolley wire from sagging due to thermal expansion and contraction.
