Each of the feeder rails 1... has an insulating base 13 having a collector guide groove 13a at the end facing the collector 12.
and a power supply conductor 14 stretched over the bottom of the current collector guide groove 13a of this insulating base 13, and the current collector 11 supports the current collector 12 guided by the current collector guide groove 13a. A current collector holder 15 made of an insulating material is formed to have a U-shaped cross section, and the current collector holder 15 covers the contact area between the current collector 12 and the power supply rail 1 and a part of the hanger 3 in the vicinity so that it can be touched from the outside. Safety measures have been taken to prevent this from happening. In FIG. 1, 16 is a power supply line, in FIG. 4, 17 is an end cover, 18 is a power supply box, and 16' is a power supply line.

However, in such a structure, as shown in FIG. 2, it is necessary to set the spacing W between the parallel feed rails 1 to a minimum of 50 mm or more, taking into consideration the width dimension of the current collector holder 15. (100 mm or more is required in the case of three-phase power), which has the problem that the installation space for the power supply rail 1 becomes large.

As described above, the trolley power supply device of the present invention has a pair of tension wires embedded in both side edges, and is stretched in the longitudinal direction by the tension wires, and is attached to the mounting beams arranged at predetermined support intervals. A strip-shaped insulating base held through a hanger, a plurality of current collector guide grooves arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction on the surface of the strip-shaped insulating base, and a plurality of current collector guide grooves arranged in the current collector guide grooves. a power supply conductor integrally forming a plurality of power supply rails on the band-shaped insulating base with an electronic guide groove; Since the insulated current collector holder includes a plurality of current collectors arranged in parallel at positions facing the power supply rail and in contact with the power supply conductor, the installation space for the power supply rail can be reduced.
Furthermore, multiple power supply rails are integrated into the band-shaped insulated base, and the band-shaped insulated base is stretched in a well-balanced manner by a pair of tension cables embedded in both sides of the base.
The power supply rail does not tilt or twist,
This has the effect of preventing poor contact and derailment of the collector.
