[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to a terminal structure of an insulated trolley for supplying electricity to a moving load, and its purpose is to reduce the outer diameter of the terminal part of the insulated trolley to reduce costs. The purpose is to make the construction cheaper and to reduce the weight of the terminal part to make construction easier.

Conventionally, this type of insulated trolley device has been constructed as shown in Figs. 2 are buried in the insulator 3 at predetermined intervals, and grooves 10 provided on the lower surface of the insulator 3
The conductor 2 is exposed on the bottom surface. 11
is a collector slidably disposed along the insulating trolley 1', and when the current collector (not shown) of this collector 11 comes into sliding contact with the conductor 2, power is supplied to the load via the collector 11. It's getting old. 12 is a power cord of the load, and 19 is a power supply line from the power source. Further, 13 is a terminal fixing insulator, 14 is a terminal bracket, and one end of the insulating trolley 1' is connected to the terminal bracket 14 via the terminal fixing insulator 13.
Fixed. 15 is a terminal tension insulator, 16 is a coil spring, and 17 is a terminal bracket. The other end of the insulating trolley 1' is fixed to the terminal bracket 17 via the terminal tension insulator 15 and the coil spring 16. Appropriate tension is applied by the coil spring 16. 18 is an intermediate bracket that prevents the insulating trolley 1' from sagging.
Incidentally, the dimension a, that is, the insulation distance between the conductors 2 of the insulated trolley 1' is determined by the JIS standard, and this insulation distance is 25 mm. However, the above insulation distance is for the case where the conductor 2 is covered with the insulator 3, and the insulation trolley 1'
Since the conductor 2 would be exposed at the cut end surface (for example, the terminal tightening insulator section, the terminal fixing insulator section), the insulation distance needed to be greater than 25 mm. In other words, it is necessary to increase dimension a, and as a whole, dimension b increases, and the terminal tightening insulator 15 and terminal fixing insulator 13 also have to be enlarged, which increases cost and weight, making construction difficult. It had the disadvantage of being. The present invention has been made in view of the above points.

Examples will be described below using figures. Figures 4 to 9 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which an insulated trolley 1 has three parallel power supply conductors 2 and two tension lines 7 made of iron wire buried in an insulator 3. Similar to the conventional example, a groove 10 corresponding to each conductor 2 is provided. Reference numeral 4 denotes a cutout of an appropriate length D provided between each conductor 2 and the tension wire 7 at the terminal portion of the insulated trolley 1. It is set up. Reference numeral 5 denotes a cylindrical insulating cap with a bottom that covers the end portion of the insulating trolley 1, and the insulating cap 5 is provided with an insulating wall 6 that is fitted into the notch 4. 8 in the figure is conductor 2
It is a protruding piece that comes into contact with the lower surface of.

Now, the conductors 2 at the terminals of the insulated trolley 1 are securely insulated by the insulating wall 6 of the insulating cap 5, and even if the conductors 2 are exposed at the cut ends, a sufficient insulation distance is ensured, and there is no need to increase the distance between the conductors 2 at the terminals. Therefore, the widthwise dimension of the terminals of the insulated trolley 1 is reduced, and the terminal fixing insulators 13 and terminal tension insulators 15 in the conventional example can be made smaller, resulting in lower costs, lighter weight, and easier installation. In the embodiment, the tension wires 7 are bolted directly to the terminal brackets 14 without insulators, making the terminal fixing insulators 13 and terminal brackets 14 unnecessary, resulting in lower costs and lighter weight.

As described above, the present invention provides a notch along the longitudinal direction of the conductor from the cut end surface between each conductor of the terminal part of the insulated trolley in which a plurality of parallel power supply conductors are embedded in the insulator at a predetermined interval, An insulating cap that covers the terminal part of the insulating trolley has an insulating wall protruding from it that is inserted into the notch and separates each conductor.
The conductors at the end of the insulated trolley are separated by an insulating wall protruding from the insulating cap.
Since a sufficient insulation distance is ensured, there is no need to increase the distance between the conductors, even though the conductors are exposed at the cut end of the insulated trolley, and the outer diameter of the terminal of the insulated trolley can be reduced. This has the advantage of reducing costs and reducing the weight of the terminal portion, making construction easier.
